Lindsay and Bob are the best. They did a great job replacing my friends watch Crystal. It's from the 40s, so finding a new crystal is difficult. He spent two hours looking through his inventory to find one. He goes above and beyond, and I'd highly recommend going to him for any of your jewelry needs. Thanks, Lindsay!

This jeweler has been in business for many years and is my go to for anything from a replacement battery to a replacement band for a watch. It is always a friendly environment and work always gets done promptly. You won't be disappointed.

I've been here a few times for battery replacement and other quickie fixes. I have a lovely (inexpensive) necklace from my daughter that really means a lot to me. last week the chain just deteriorated. I brought it to Bandy Jewelers to see if they could repair it, turns out the chain could not be repaired, but Mr. Bandy offered that they could change out the chain. He gave me 2 options, and I chose the less expensive one. To replace the chain for about 45.00. It was really in just a day or two, and I'm back to rocking my favorite necklace. It actually looks better now than before. I thought I got really great communication throughout my week and a half experience. The price was reasonable. and the result was better than my expectations. I'd recommend.

The man working there is very rude and degrading. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been in business. That doesn’t mean you can throw your hands up in the air and call a grown woman a “girl” and then walk away while I’m still standing at the counter. If you couldn’t do what I was asking you to do, you should have just said so politely. I brought in three watches that needed new batteries. I didn't necessarily want all of the batteries changed at once. I asked him to change out whichever one would be quickest because I only had 15-20 mins and I'd bring the other watch(es) back another time. I was getting ready to go out of town and only needed one working watch. I was the only customer in the store at the time. Basically, he wanted to do all three or none and wanted me to leave the watches with him and come back which I told him I could not do. He wouldn't even change out ONE battery for me while I waited. Maybe my request was challenging but I don't think it was unrealistic and I definitely didn't deserve the treatment I got from this man. Maybe it’s time to close up shop if you don’t have patience to deal with customers.

Traded there for years, witnessed his friendliness, etc, until one day I took in some earrings that I had just purchased from him for minor repair and he grumbled the whole time!! There are too many other jewelers around to put up with that attitude. I walked out through that little door for the last time!
