Service department is good, got all my issues resolved and provided timely updates. In one of the service they have loosened a screw or something which caused engine rattling sound but they fixed in the next visit.
Overall satisfied with service, Juan Carmona the service rep is just awesome and great to work with. Definitely recommend.”

“My car dealership recommended both engine and cabin filter replacements. I called this location from their waiting area and spoke with Audra. She was very nice and helpful. She told me that each item was only $20-something each and she would show me how to replace them myself. So I declined replacements with the dealership and went straight there as soon as my car was ready. Luckily I caught Audra before she left for the day. She very quickly found and pulled out both filters. Before ringing me up, she asked to take a look first. I popped the hood. Audra showed me where the engine filter was / how to get to it and she saw it was pretty clean. Neither filter needed to be replaced and she was honest with me about it- instead of trying to sell me items I didn’t need. I am extremely grateful to her and will continue going to this O’Reilly’s as they appear to be honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend this location to others!!”

I have honestly walked away from two MAJOR WRECKS neither my fault so didn't see it coming. One in a BMW and most recently in my 2020 SLC 300 Coupe, returning from visiting my son at SHSU, I hit a massive buck (16 pt!!!) crossing the rural road somewhere in Grimes County at dusk.I was in shock but the car called for Emergency Services and I was connected immediately to a MB operator who stayed on the phone until the ambulance arrived! What an intense and different evening than I had planned. Wife’s car had gentle damage to the Rt Front fender. Chose this collision center over another shop just down the street after researching reviews. ( you know, it’s that shop with the irritating radio commercial. )
This business did not have a fancy, brightly lit business front. However, don’t let the humble appearance fool you. This place does QUALITY work ! The estimator - Daphne - is a seasoned estimator. I was given a very reasonable guesstimate and 2 days later, a written estimate to approve. They estimated 2 plus weeks to get it all fixed up - got the brand new looking car back 12 days later. Seriously , you can’t tell it was repaired. The gaps between fender and the hood and the fender and the passenger door are PERFECT !
