In 2021 this office was wonderful. Since December of 2022, it has gone down hill. I was charged over $300 without any explanation in April 2023 and was told, "when you come back, we'll have it ready for you." In September 2023, there is no record of my payment except by my credit card. Two weeks later, no one has contacted me or tried to explain this charge. My insurance said they have no claims for the last year!! I guess an official grievance is in order?

Went there with my wife they told us since we didn’t confirm appointment it will be a two hour wait. Well we scheduled this appointment 1 week in advance and they call us on a Saturday to confirm. My wife works night shifts on weekends so unable to confirm. Front desk Amanda rude and unprofessional didn’t really care or make any attempt to accommodate. I hope the back office and Dr. are not the same rude and condescending like Amanda. I work in a Dr. office myself and the patient experience starts as soon as you walk in the door we work hard to accommodate our patients and not make them feel like a number but not all healthcare providers are created equal I guess.

Long story short.Loved the dentist, but the Office manager is rude and will not provide receipts for services paid for prior visits. All in all, I was given a written estimate for $1436 in May 2023 with the same insurance company I had, then When I went in to get the bridge and two crowns put in, was told I had to pay an additional $1271, this was in addition to the $1,761 that I already prepaid on 1 August. Total paid $2978 on a $1436 estimate?Fast forward, I received an email to do a survey and completed it, with very honest wording about my treatment and interaction with the Business office manager, On August 27, 2023 received a letter stating I was no longer allowed to use any Aspen dental facility. So tell the truth and get kicked out of their system, Good luck to those who choose to use Aspen Dental in GT, Bring your wallet. They still receiving payment from the insurance company for services I was told the insurance would not pay, so I paid and now they are collecting from the insurance company also.

Hadn't been to the dentist in over 10 years. I was a ball of nerves, but the folks at aspen reassured me and didn't talk down on me and made me feel like a person instead of a wallet or a burden. They fully explained all the costs and different payment options in a kind way. Thanks Aspen dental!

Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. I was scheduled to have wisdom teeth removed and they called me to tell me they rescheduled my appointment. Twice. I had three different emails with different appointment times. When I got there to check in the receptionists were extremely rude and condescending to me. I already had anxiety and started crying. I decided to leave and find somewhere that treats me like an actual human. I'm not sure why people decide to work in the healthcare field yet have no empathy for people.

The team at Aspen Dental was exceptionally nice. I hadn't seen a dentist in a few years since moving to Texas, so I was really nervous to start seeing someone new. The entire team at Aspen was welcoming and did not make me feel uncomfortable or embarrassed by the issues discovered. They worked with me to plan out my treatment, got me a referral for Endo, and helped me to understand my insurance benefits. Dental work is expensive, even with insurance, so I felt really comfortable with how they answered my questions about pricing, being able to complete my treatment in stages if insurance wouldn't cover some of it, and what the next steps are. Now to meet with the Endo referral to get started, then back to Aspen for long term care.

A family member has been a patient since December and had no issues until the new manager Amanda decided to change the deal he had with the previous manager and gave him no option that to find another place. This is not a way to treat your patients, especially when there has been no issues in the past. Customer service should be a priority for any type of service.

If I could go lower I would. Refused to take insurance they said they took. They took a $2,500 deposit for surgery, ended up finding another awesome dental surgeon in Georgetown that did the surgery for $1,300. Aspen was going to charge $5,300. We called the day after deposit was taken and they said we should have a refund within 10 day. It's now been a month and still no refund. Now I get to go through the process of disputing these thiefs with my card company. Stay far far away.

Very high priced. I was in pain the whole time and they didn't seem to worried about it. I will definitely be going somewhere different in the future.

This is place was so awesome today. The Office Manager Amanda made me feel welcome from first call. She is very patient and explains the whole process. The staff was very nice. The doctor explains everything throughly and also gives you knowledge yo understand the problems you are having. I recommend them. To top it off I am receiving treatment starting tomorrow.

Misinformation given about insurance quote. Patient responsibility. Check out clerk wasn't too tentative to the person in front of her. She's too busy having a conversation with somebody else. If needed I don't think that I would be going back to this clinic or recommending it.

This was my third attempt to see a dentist in the past year, and the only one who followed through with a treatment plan and follow up care. The dentist was very personable and knowledgeable. The staff was very helpful explaining the costs. I am very glad I finally found dental care in Georgetown that is professional.

There are not enough kind words to express the level of care and professionalism that I received at Aspen Dental in Georgetown, Tx. I was in extreme pain from a fractured molar and with hours not only was I seen but I had my tooth removed as there was no salvaging it due to the damage. I am so grateful to everyone involved in my experience and quite honestly, I never expected to have such a good experience with something as undesirable as a broken tooth. Thank you all at Aspen Dental in Georgetown. This is my hometown and I'm happy to share it with such a great team.
