Hands down the best personal training!Olivia is an amazing personal trainer and a true professional. I've been working with Olivia for a year now and over that course she has helped me changed my life for the better.I've worked with other personal trainers over the years and ended up bored. It's the same thing session after session with no results. I have yet to be bored with Olivia. Each time is unique, interesting, tough, and results oriented. She consistently pushes you to your limits and then makes you realize you have more to give.Since starting with Olivia I've managed to loose thirty pounds. My muscle definition is filling out for which I've never had with a previous trainer. I can't thank Olivia enough for creating a program to suit my own personal goals.If you're looking for someone that is knowledgeable, caring and knows to push you, then Olivia is your trainer!

Great friendly staff Shaun, Tristan and MichaelGym is always clean.My trainer Sam is awesome very patient with me during my workouts, but will also push me when needed. I've been a member for about 7 months now and it has best decision I could've ever made.

The gym is well equipped, clean and well maintained, but what makes it special are the people, both the staff and the patrons - I love the culture here, everyone is friendly and supportive.

The facilities are nice, and I can't attest to the personal training. However, the 7 day free trial is more of a way to loop you in rather than simply letting you try the gym. Don't sign anything unless you really really want to go here.

Clean, a bit small, but everyone is friendly. Emphasis on clean! Probably not the best gym if you're looking for major gains but it has basically everything you need to stay fit! It's a bit pricier than most gyms but you get what you pay for.

Great place, the staff is very friendly and professional. The equipment is just what I need. They are a victim of their own success as it keeps adding members, it gets crowded during the week and the gym needs to expand.
