We were having problems with our gate not working. We purchased a new control panel and still were unable to get it to work. We spoke with Gary and he told us to bring it in and Patrick and Gary were able to fix it for us. At NO cost !!!

Our battery operated gate opener quit working a couple of days ago so I called American Fence. A gate expert wasn't available at the moment I called, but one of the staff called me back within a few minutes. I didn't catch the name of who I talked to but he was extremely patient and helpful (I didn't know crap about the system, but do now). After troubleshooting didn't fix the problem, I brought the circuit board in for testing to find it had been fried in a recent lightning storm. They set me up with a new board and set it all up to be reinstalled. Fantastic folks who have my fence business for life.

Great selection and the yard guys were helpful. The cashier was hounding me about giving a phone number to purchase something. I declined. Had a problem with the operator I purchased and took it back to Patrick. He was very informative and replaced my circuit board while educating me of other features on the unit. He upsold me on a better safety system for the operator and I left there quite happy. Thanks Patrick.
