Wonderful experience all around. They fixed a camera lens on my daughter's phone quickly and at a very affordable price. The customer service was absolutely stellar and I will definitely use them again if/when needed.

A-1 is amazing! They are always so helpful and always fix whatever you need. We have had several screens replaced, and phones & lap tops fixed. There's nothing too big or too small for them to do. Their prices are super reasonable and they are always so kind. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I took my phone in because of a broken screen. They were very good at making it look like new. They only had it a few hours and Amanda was very knowledgeable and explaining what they were going to do and very well priced. I like the fact that they're a family owned business here in Georgetown. The owners are very pleasant people.And I wouldn't hesitate to take my phone back there again.

A-1 Smartphone was able to repair a recorder even with parts no longer available for my make and model. The results were not pretty, but it allows me to use the recorder now -- which I desperately wanted (recorders are no longer on the market) . Appreciate the extra effort. I approved the unorthodox solution ahead of time.

My experience with A-1 Smartphone was disappointing. They initially told me to wait a week for repairs, but it took over three weeks without updates. They couldn't fix my phone but still charged me $45 without prior notice. Communication was poor; I had to call them several times for updates. Overall, I expected better service and transparency.
