Just called this place for the first time to see if they sell the Lion’s Mane beverage called Brez. I’ve seen it online as an alternative to beer and the guy who answered said he didn’t have it. He mentioned another product he did have, so I asked him what the other product was like and what was in it. Silence… I said Hello? Then the guy hung up. What a rude first impression. I definitely will not be purchasing anything from this establishment.

They have the best variety to choose from!
Cbd, thcA, kratom, delta 8 & 9, mushrooms and more! The staff is super friendly and they take the time to listen and understand your needs so that the products you buy, are what you need!

Super helpful & knowledgeable, and more than that, it helped with pain management more effectively than any of the prescriptions my husband and mother have EVER had, with years of pain! This is a life-changer and definitely is going to improve my mom’s quality of life. Highly recommend 1848!

I had to write a 5-star positive review after receiving some of the best customer service ever! The young man in this store not only was knowledgeable about all of the products, but also had an amazing happy to help attitude! You have to stop and check this store out. It's a very nice and inviting store, no shady atmosphere. I had no idea what I wanted or how their products could help me. But this guy was so helpful that I won't ever hesitate to stop in now with any questions and to try new products.

This is absolutely the best CBD place ever!!! The customer service is perfection!! The products really do what they say as well. I am not a naturalist by any means, but let me tell you, I caught COVID last year in January. I’ve have sounded like a frog ever since, and had a lingering cough. The cough never goes away. I have taken every over the counter medicine that you can think of and had my chest X-Rayed to see if there was damage. The Owner said I should try the Texian Herbaceuticals Respiratory Boost and their Fire Tonic in combination. And IT WORKED!!! My voice is back to normal, I don’t sound like an old smoker anymore. It’s truly a blessing to have found these 2 Herbaceuticals that actually help. Thank you American Shaman for everything you guys do!!!!

My wife and I stopped in as she has been experiencing arthritic pain in her wrists and knees. After multiple doctors visits we decided to check out CBD. Gary (who is awesome) walked us through the different products and we ended up purchasing the water soluble and the topical. It had an immediate positive effect on reducing her discomfort and helping her to sleep through the night. Bonus: Our 14 year old dog had been suffering from arthritis pain in his neck that caused him great difficulty in walking. We had him on prescription anti-inflammatory. We tried the K9 CBD and he is acting much more energetic and has improved mobility. Tip: for both treatments we started at the min dose and gradually increased until the product was effective. I highly recommend this store. If you have decided to just live with constant pain, give it a try. It worked for us. Btw: store is fantastic: clean, comfortable and welcoming.

I use this location for all of my CBD needs, great location and friendly staff on duty. I purchased my CBD there and they do sometimes give out samples and discounts to there regular and non-regular customers. My sale person is Gary and he is a great guy and very very Knowledgeable with his job and all the CBD products on hand at the store.

The biggest thing this store has going for it is the drive through window, I'm usually with my children so that's a big deal not having to get out of the car, price point is a little higher compared to other stores, but those are in Austin, and other Georgetown CBD shops I have a poor customer experience.
