I brought my truck to have it serviced Oil and Oil Filter change. It took about 3.5 hours just had that one task completed.

My car went in for an oil and filter change as well as the multi-point inspection. I got a report that the car is in great shape and the oil was changed is short order. I love taking my car to Spur Chevrolet GMC!

Service used to be amazing, but now it seems you got to really be a mechanic yourself before going in there to keep it straight. Staff seems like they are all hiding some things, and you need to figure it out type of situation. It's just an odd feeling in service you get. I can't say I have had a horrible experience, but I can definitely feel a change. At this point, I'm not sure if it's a good change.

Great experience from start to finish. My salesman was very responsive to all my questions. Financing was a breeze. The truck was clean and ready to go when I got there from Florida. Probably the most refreshing thing was the honesty from all who were involved.

The sales personnel were amazing (Tristen & Jose)! They made my wife and I feel very welcomed and attended to our every need. Not only were they great at getting me a vehicle, but there were NO ADD-ONS to make the price in the vehicle more expensive. The SPUR dealership is top-notch, and there isn't a better group in the area! THANK YOU!!

I recently purchased a 2024 Chevrolet Tahoe and had an amazing experience. My salesperson was Jose who went above and beyond on the entire experience from start to end! Jose was super informative and friendly and the process moved quickly!
Leading up to my visit to the dealership, Jose was always quick to respond to my questions and ensure that they were ready when I came into make my purchase!
My experience with Spur Chevrolet and Jose were great and I would absolutely recommend working with them!

Salesman was very patient with us even though we were undecided what we wanted when we arrived. Took the time to show us and test drive several vehicles. They were easy to deal with and felt like we had made a fair deal when we left.

I had a great experience working with Spur Chevrolet. They work diligently to find what I was looking for. Communication was great and feel like we came to a fair deal for both parties. I would recommend Spur to anyone looking for a vehicle even if you are out of town. (they had delivered my vehicle in timely manner, and I am over two hours away)

Lied to , tried to get me to sign paperwork showing that work and parts were put on vehicle so mechanic can get paid, no care as safety to me or others out on hiway. No Worries---Anybody wanna buy cheap 2022 Sierra gmc--- July 8th--- PAUL HARVEY-REST OF THE STORY- CHIT DOES ROLL DOWN HILL. Talked with management and he said he would call me back, AND sitting here at 6:00 pm proof sales-----‐-----service same ole chit. Oh well...reply by service: REIMBURSEMENT CHECK FOR SERVICES RENDERED IN MAIL, HA HA HA GIVE ME BACK MY 2500 RAM TRUCK..

Spur Chevrolet is a great dealership to take all of your GMC service needs and cares to. I rate their service advisors as excellent on knowledge and customer care. I rate their service technician’s as very good and knowledgeable on their products. I recently bought a 2004 H2 Hummer from a gf whom bought it used for her deceased husband. None of them knew how to care for a vehicle but I saw the potential in this soon to be classic. I bought it for several different reasons but mainly bcuz it was still in great cosmetic shape. I took the vehicle to Spur Chevrolet after the local dealer in Killeen proved not to have trust worthy service technicians and service advisors..The vehicle had several leaks that I needed an sound resolution to.. Spur Chevrolet was able to correctly diagnose all of the multiple leaks on the Hummer and I am well satisfied with the results of their labor. It’s been a couple of weeks now and the Hummer screams down the road now.. The vehicle performs very well.. Give Spur Chevrolet an opportunity to take care of ya and ask for Tiffany in the service department and they will take great care of you and your vehicle..

Absolutely worst place to buy a car!
Scheduled to come in and sign for it, while it’s still in the shop for repairs. Told to come in at the end of the day is when it will be ready. Received a text instead at the end of the day that it was sold that morning to someone else while it was in the shop. Andy and sales manager David, class act customer service!! Buy somewhere else!!
