I called to see if my vehicle was there instead politely telling me no ma’am or what to do there employee told me “this don’t work like that” and “what you need do it is” “it’s not my fault” if you didn’t want to be at work call in poor and kyle is tired give him a break from the 24 hours shift he works maybe he will be more kind with your customers.

I had locked the keys and my purse in my car one morning in front of the laundromat and I had to borrow a phone to call a locksmith. The first locksmith never showed up and when I had to borrow a second phone to call and ask why, they told me that my car "was unable to be unlocked" and there was nothing they could do for me. I then called roadside assistance and they sent out Kevin from Lone Star. He was very courteous and patient even though it was a long drive for him and on a Sunday afternoon! Kevin worked hard to come up with a clever solution to get my car unlocked and I am very grateful for him that I did not have to break my window. I highly recommend this company to anyone- Kevin saved the day!Service: Car lockouts
