I wish I could give a zero. February 15th, 2024 I picked up 2 prescriptions for use in a nebulizer. This should be filed under Medicare Part B. Their brochure states they will file under Part B. Even after an extensive conversation with the pharmacist, it was filed under regular pharmacy coverage and was denied. Goto Walgreens, their manager, Andrew, understands what he is doing.

This pharmacy was really good about having prescriptions done in the time quoted. They've apparently lost a lot of really good employees because now a 20-minute quote takes 3-5 hours. I am very disappointed with the service that we have received in the past several months.

Woman helping us was incompetent!! Walked away from us for over 20 minutes to sort medication for other people. Horrible service

Needed a copy of prescription for overseas travel. Was treated like a suspect and found the pharmacist dismissive and rude.

I LOVE HEB but I was so disappointed in the Gatesville location! A tornado warning just came over my phone to take shelter so me & my husband stopped at HEB and as we were running in hail to the entrance of the store the manager was shaking his head no & waving us away. SHAME! My husband used to be a manager for H‑E‑B & we were both discussed by his actions! It would have been different if he wasn't outside & the doors were already locked to take shelter but to be outside & to turn us away as we were in need so we drove up the road to another local retailer. Thank you Tractor Supply Gatesville!

Calling 3 times letting phone ring consistently 8 min plus that’s after listening to the message., that is unacceptable!! Was told meds were not called in by doctor and checked with doc meds were called in a hour befor my call ?? Not good

I picked up my groceries at HEB curbside pickup this morning. If you have not used, you really should. It is wonderful. The HEB app is easy to use. I love it.

I was picking up a prescription for my elderly parent. I was told to come back the next day because two were being ordered. The next day I showed up and they only had one ready. I inquired about the second prescription and they had to check on it. They filled a. Prescription unbeknownst to me that my parent was no longer taking. They refused to do anything about their error.
