Check engine light came on. They checked codes and, more importantly,found a safety issue and my truck needed to be towed to Ford. The employees got My wife and I chairs and we set inside the store and waited for tow. It was a very pleasant situation .

Jorge went above and beyond by helping my 70 year old dad, put in a cabin air filter in a Nissan Rogue. Since i could not do it he helped tremendously. The Gatesville auto zone employees are very respectful & will continue to have my service
