Went in and did my taxes early April and got a lister in the mail from the IRS say that my taxes weren't filled until end of may, got charged a whole lot of interest and late fees. Tried calling but his assistants always say he's with a customer or he's out on a business trip. Keep in mind I called more then once a day and when they told me this. They told me he would call back it's been 2 months now and still no word. He probably has no knowledge on what he's doing. Not to mention he charged me 2x as much as my experienced tax guy charges me.I would ask him questions and he just hit me with the "you don't need to worry about it" I was in and out in les than 15 min. Never n my life has someone don't my taxes that quick for a 1099 form. He's probably best fitted for people that work for companies but then again why go here so they can charge you 700$ on a simple w-2 form save you money and do it on turbo tax for 50$

Yubi has been my tax guy since I moved to TX 10 years ago. Always very friendly and nice and more like you are going to see a family more than going to do your tax. Recommend highly!!

So disappointed in myself for filing my taxes with this company and trusting this man Yubi. First the man Yubi was late without notice (guess that should have been my sign to run). He was nice and quick, so quick he forgot to explain the extra fees that would be removed from my taxes on top of his extremely high fees. I lost $93 dollars I was quoted to receive from working with this company and didn't get quoted with his extremely high charge fees until AFTER we filed my taxes. I just feel blind sided with this company. I would hate for someone else to go through this.

I would highly recommend Mr. Yubi! I have been going with him for 13 years and have never had an issue!! He is a very knowledgeable and kind! Everyone who works there is amazing!!! Have been leaving happy from her for 13 years!!
