Be prepared to be treated like an imbecile in here. If you wish bad to someone just send them in here. Manager is absolutely useless and have terrible customer service . They messed up my order and they didn’t even want to replace the doors for the right ones.

Ordered base for remodel project, trim was picked up already bundled and ready to load on the trailer. Upon unwrapping the trim they packaged for us, we discovered 6 of the 17 sticks of trim were damaged beyond repair. Called to make arrangements to exchange the damaged product. Dealt with very rude and unprofessional staff, really no need for this type of behavior. They informed me they do not exchange nor refund damaged product. REALLY? What company doesn't stand behind what they sell? They offered to sell us more trim, but that was their only option. I guess I'm supposed to toss $468.00 worth of trim in the trash? These guys need a lesson in customer service, as well as being taught a lesson about being company who doesn't stand behind their product. I hope Wilson Plywood and Door feel the squeeze of customers expecting more and receiving it from their competitors. Try IVY lumber, or any other lumber supply out there, It can't get any worse than these guys.

I called this store to get price on a door. was given price and they wouldn't let me pay over phone so someone else could pick up. the guy picking up offered to pay and went there to get it. they told him the same door they quoted me on was now $150 more, just 1 day later. needless to say they wasted everyone's time. i have also heard other stories about them not taking responsibility and they proved that by not honoring what they told me. BEWARE and good luck.

I talk to Jack @ Wilson Plywood when I was stressing about finding the right size baseboard. He was very knowledgeable, and his guidance and knowledge helped me to learn and understand more about the product I needed. He even gave me his cell # so that he can help me even further. I sent him some photos with existing base board and new base board and he confirmed that it was the right fit. Thank you Jack.

Wilson plywood & door has the worst customer service of any business I've ever dealt with. I ordered some bifold doors and what was delivered was not as advertised. The door styles were way out of proportion and the manager would not even consider a refund. The measurements were never gone over during the ordering process and they took no responsibility. Buyer beware, no refunds no matter what!
