Sometimes, it's too hot to go to the store, so I'll order everything I need for delivery. Everything I buy is always in stock; however, if you try to buy a case of beer, they won't pull it from the cooler case. I know this to be true as I have driven over there TO SHOW THEM!

The workers are all crackheads or transgender also they have spectrum in there all the time harassing customers trying to get groceries. Walmart has hit a new low you can really tell when you walk into this place it is truly a lower quality of people in this place I won’t be back!

I ran into this location for some work supplies and was immediately profiled by an African American woman, I literally had a basket and was zipping down the snacks isle minding my business and she comes around the corner “pretending” to be looking for something. What is it with these establishments doing this. It’s so dang offensive and annoying. I walked in, smiled, and greeted the front door lady, there was absolutely no reason that I could recall talker would have given her a shady assumption. I thought $148 worth of office snacks and left.
It’s one thing to monitor an are IF there is a probable cause, in this case there was none. It’s getting to the point that I Will literally stop shopping at Walmart for this very reason. Do better.

I am never disappointed with the service I receive at this Wal-Mart. It doesn't matter if it is their department or not, the people are courteous and helpful. If they do not have an answer, they will help you get it. I definitely recommend it.

Whoever was working the Customer Service center yesterday(6/10/24) around 4pm, is super incompetent. Refused a refund and told us to get anything that equals out to the same price, when I brought the new items she then changed her mind and stated the new items for the exchange have to be from the same department as the original items. After hearing this I was very confused, I’ve never had any issues returning items to Walmart nor having them tell me it must be from the same department for an exchange. Instead I took my items with me to the Walmart in Rowlett, where those kind ladies gave me a gift card for my items.

You can almost get everything a home needs
Be prepared with a list to buy or you may get too many
