I take several medications and transferred all my prescriptions here about a year ago. Walgreens sure isn't what it used to be. Since I started using this location I have not been able to pick up my medications one single time without a problem. I usually order in the app. I swear my account must be flagged with something that says "screw this one up". If it could go wrong, it did. Time to get out of the pharmacy business. Works great as a 7-11

I specifically called to make sure they had my prescription in stock before having my prescription transfered to them. After having it transferred, they reported not having it for months and that I probably shouldn't try to fill at any Walgreens location. Then after reminding them I was just told they had it, they stated they just now ran out of it. Now I have to get a new prescription written and wait even longer for my meds that are essential for daily function.

Updating pharmacy hours is so simple but Walgreens can't manage that. Driving to get medicine after hospital visit should not be this difficult especially when you call the pharmacy and get the hours of operation. You look online and verify then you get there and it's closed. I'm just a walking Petri dish without antibiotics.

Good day everyone, how are all of you doing? Fine I do pray and hope. Please allow me to share this with you all. My daughter and I went to the 24 hour Walgreens in Garland,Tx. It was very late and the two employees were outside probably taking a break, they both greeted us, we went into the store looking for kitty milk and dog food we just going from isles to isles. This is what made me and my daughter very uncomfortable the two workers came to the isle to see what we were doing, not all people of color steals. That was the farthest thing from our mind. However, I do understand that some will steal but for me and my household that Want Work!!!!

The pharmacy team here is amazing! I have a family member who deals with social anxiety, but wanted to get the shot. He was scared to go inside but the team here helped him reach a point of comfort to go inside and get the shot. I simply want to say thank you for y'alls big hearts. God bless yall!

Yesterday I received change back from the pharmacy and they gave me a counterfeit bill back...my husband tried to spend it this morning and found out.. Walgreens wont give me my money back unless I bring them the counterfeit bill... I cant do that because the gas station confiscated it and almost called the cops on my husband

I've been using this pharmacy for about two years, and have experienced a severe decrease in both customer service quality and care for the clients/patients. The staff is short tempered and unwilling to be polite or understanding to the customers who (as expected) are often not feeling well. They seem to be chronically understaffed, so I've continually let it slide. But, today's interaction will be my last. I may try them in a couple years to see if they've been able to turn it around. All that said, I will say that the store staff are always kind and polite.

I just gave Walgreens their last chance. They’re close but oh so inconvenient. The clerks take NO RESPONSIBILITY. They have perfected the “bovine blink” and gum chewing but not much else. I will go to Costco from now on where I will get respect and professionalism
