I've used this facility for 10 years now and everything I've needed and some have been handled completely by the staff, photo department and MOST IMPORTANTLY by the Pharmacist. Walgreens is the best!!!

Literally the slowest pharmacy ever. They refuse to help more then 1 car at a time. Tell me my son's prescription's will be ready in 30 minutes. I wait 45 and then no it's not until tomorrow, then no it'll be 15 minutes and loop around but there's 7 cars behind me. No I refuse to loop back around when it should have been ready an hour ago!

The service at this particular Walgreens pharmacy is absolutely ABYSMAL. That goes for phone calls as well as in person. The wait times are completely absurd. This is also one of those places where the workers are really terrible at acknowledging that they know you're there & waiting & assuring you they'll be with you as soon as they can. They just avoid eye contact completely until you're the next one at the window or register...and maybe not even then. Absolutely horrible customer service skills. The ONLY reason I go here is because they seem to be the only pharmacy around who can get the meds I need during a nationwide shortage. Come to think of it they probably always have some in stock because everyone else hates coming here. As soon as the shortage is over, I'm out!

Don't go here for covid shots they messed up when I went they weren't paying attention and almost dropped it while the needle was in my arm and they didn't care after I called very unprofessional

This pharmacy failed to get my family member vaccinated here. The pharmacy called at 2 to ask us to come in earlier than the 4:20 vaccination appointment because the Moderna shot expired at 3:20. I was driving and missed the call. I still tried to get there in time when I got the message and was told on the phone Pfizer as available if the other one was too late. Got there at 3:30 and was told both were expired. They acted like it was our fault even though we were there an hour earlier than our appointment. It is their job to prepare shots for appointments and not waste them. We went to Fair Park and got the last shot appointment of the day with friendly, caring ,and efficient service from unpaid volunteers and military even though they administered thousands of shots.

Do not waste your time or money in this store full of ineptitude. Going in is a time suck but waiting outside in the pickup line is worse. I wish I had all of my time back that I've wasted waiting in the store, waiting in the drive through and renewing prescriptions on line. After yet another screwup today I am done. I'll go without my prescriptions before I'll ever waste time in this store again. This store obviously has problems hiring qualified staff and management. Never again, Walgreens. I am a former customer and I will never waste my time with you again.

Awful customer service. Don't even try to buy anything on clearance because it is going to ring up full price and then they say oh a customer must have put it there. Nope not on sale at all. Every time I go in that store I wish I would have went to Walmart so no more shopping at Walgreens for me .

I went in tonight getting an emergency phone charger... when I was trying to check out I know this younger girl saw me, but didn't move... I asked then, if she could check me out? She finally moved, but by the time she got to the check out counter, was so incredibly rude and obviously didn't want to be the check me out, nor gave a s*** and was so rude. I run teams of 40 people and if you you have people that treat customers like that on your team, I won't continue to shop there and her name started with an "A", Anita or something, but she worked tonight. So rude and how she treated me..... unacceptable. And she didn't care when's asked her name and continued to not care....

Usually a pretty good Walgreens, clean, quite, fast. I went in because I recently moved and was trying to get my meds transferred but they kept putting it as a refill so obviously it would get denied because it wasn't long enough in between. I explained this to a young girl at the counter and she was very helpful and fast she took care of my problem and had my meds ready to go in about 15 min. My girlfriend had meds ready as well and her doctor had sent them to the wrong pharmacy, it was one in the next town over. We explained it and he took awhile to get it up on the computer but he did and eventually got her her meds he seemed very confused tho. I was still waiting for my meds at the time and I was waiting by the chairs and a younger man came by and asked the older man what we were waiting for the older man then proceeded to tell him he didn't know why we were still there or what we needed but that The younger boy needed to take care of it. Which he did and just a few minutes later the girl had my stuff ready and the younger boy rang me up. Usually always a good experience, they are very attentive and explain stuff, they don't get annoyed and they are pretty quick. They do have a bit of a rush hour from 4 to 6 but overall best pharmacy I've ever been to.
