Mr. Victor and his Crew in the Service Department are AWESOME with Customer Service (in opinion). I have maded several trips to the Service Department, as to be expected with a use car. I’ve had to replace my headlight three times within the last three weeks the bulb keeps going out the service department half aspect of my car told me everything looked fine but yet and still I’m still buying bulbs every other week for my headlight this is ridiculous I expected all of these things to be done before I purchase the vehicle take my advice do not purchase a car from these people

I had made an appointment for my vehicle to be serviced. It was squealing, the battery and oil light was flashing. I maintain my vehicle with regular schedule oil changes. As soon as I pulled in to the service center Cory greeted me immediately addressed my issues. He then consulted Victor... these two guys here took such good care of me. I ended up with a loaner until they could find out the problem. Not only did they take care of me!!!! They fixed my car!!!! Thank you Victor and Cory #professional #ontime #greatservice

it took 1 week for warranty dept to approve my transmission, 1 week to get it in, and gonna be 1 week of install.. ill be 3 weeks with out my truck or any mode of transportation because unlike some of these bogus post they dont offer loaner cars... and they REFUSE to call you back.. but they will send a text and not respond to any wuestions you ask... looking forward to getting my truck back one of these days...
