Anita was amazing! She was professional and very patient with us even when we had to reset our Gmail password which took 20 minutes. She broke down everything for us to help us save money. 20/10 experience for sure!

Anita was super friendly & helpful with my phone upgrade!! The store got very busy right after I walked in… like 4 different groups of customers. She was able to multitask & smoothly assist & cater to all of us at the same time while keeping a positive/ upbeat attitude

Our time here at Verizon was actually really fun our service Helper was Anita The general Manager and she is literally amazing. Extremely sweet, as well as really informative. She made our time and process here great and she made sure to go over things with us so we didn’t miss anything. The store was clean and smelled nice she greeted us as soon as we arrived and even offered us bottled water. I say if you want great service and good customer support come here and ask for Anita!!

2 stars because location was accessible. CS person was very arrogant. Never moved from his chair never offered me a place to sit. I just stood over me giving instructions until I let him know that I came there because I had no Idea what to do. After 2 trips inside the store I left there with problem unsolved and no explanation

I would not recommend buying from this location. Be very careful of extra fees. I was not offered a paper receipt because “the printer was broken” but they promised a receipt would be emailed immediately. I never received said email receipt. A few days later I went back to the store because I was not happy my purchase, the iPad didn’t have significant storage for my son to do his school work and Verizon emailed me an offer with a better deal on the exact same phone within those few days of being in store. While there to talk about being unhappy, he told me I needed to bring the box back within 30 days, I then requested a receipt again and magically the printer was working this time.
Days after the purchases I find out about all kinds of fees, on the receipt it states they were legally required to review disclosures regarding my devices purchases, all of which I should have been notified of on the day I purchased equipment from the store!
I was beyond furious, I still came back to the store and returned my items, I asked for the problem to be escalated and after a five minute call the associate told me there was nothing he could do. I had the two items 4/25-5/2 (1 week) and was charged $250 in fees alone. That’s without even using the iPad line. While I understand there would be some type of fee associated, $250 in fees is not only illegal, but financial abuse.

Eric has always been the best in applying his skills and knowledge to the getting you where you need to be with phone, service and whatever your issue. I’ve always stopped in just to have him resolved my issues and it as always been a pleasure to work with him. Always a positive experience
