Luis was extremely helpful and answered all my question. was very attentive and had a great attitude and was patient with me and got us a great deal on some jewelry we purchased. if he hasn’t gotten one already, this man needs a RAISE ASAP. thank you bro you really helped me and my girl out. definitely coming back to see him 20 stars out of 5

Came in today to look at jewelry. There was one other customer in the store just browsing. The female manager was standing behind the jewelry display cabinets pricing items and a male co-worker was standing next to her. I stood at the jewelry display literally two feet from both of them for about 10 minutes with zero acknowledgement....they never even made eye contact. Even if I tried to ignore someone standing that close to me it would be an effort. Finally someone came from the back to help. But by then I just really could not justify spending any money there. I left and went to Rowlett Pawn on 66 and purchased a ring. Whoever owns this store needs to take a hard look at how customers are being treated. Today I gladly spent my $900.00 elsewhere.

I wanna give a zero but its not possible in this case ?I came here to buy some Sony headphones and im so glad that my fiancé came here with me since he didnt want me to be ripped off. One of the 1st mistakes was me being on the counter by the headphones and it took them nearly 10 minutes to attend me. 2nd was how the manager told my fiancé aggressively to leave when they we're just waiting for me. I was finally attended but looking at the state of the headphones was disgusting. It had ear wax and sweat on the pads and had visible wear and tear. I was waiting for it to charge but the headphones werent so responsive. The manager of that place was clearly not havibg it wanted everyone to leave so i didnt want to deall with their BS. Worst place ever.

Just picked up my tv today and set it up to see this. I pawned my tv last month in September…..no issues, never bumped or dropped it taking it to the pawnshop. Called the pawnshop and the guy on the phone just “assume” I bumped it or dropped it on my way home. Dude, it’s a flatscreen I had this tv for two years. Pawned it multiple times and never had this issue. I was always careful of my belongings. Something told me to ask to have my tv turned on before I left that store. Literally it looks like a sharp object was struck at my tv while it was in they’re possession. If you want to have you’re belongings that you worked hard for, BROKEN! Just come here.

Great costumer service! I have bought jewelry, tablets, and laptops and I always had a positive experience! The manager is very friendly and respectful, staff is welcoming and have been helpful the times I’ve been there. My husband has also purchased tools and had a positive experience as well. Very much recommend this place!
