I went to get my baby’s passport and Dea was amazing! I forgot my documents and worked with me. I also forgot my ID and she called me to let me know. She was the nicest postal lady I have ever met. Thank you Dea for making this a smooth experience and for going above and beyond, you’re the absolute best!

I was there for my passport. Was on time. There was a long line, when my turn came surprisingly declined me without asking anything , even didn’t explain what was the fault. Extremely mean , rude and racist.

Dea was lovely and she loves to have small talk with you and your family.
Makes you feel comfortable will definitely come back to her for sure! I live around 45 mins from garland but I love how she treated us, I 100% recommend going here!

I went there to drop of my package . I asked for a piece of tape to seal the package. Employee named TRACY stated “ we don’t have tape”. And tape was sitting right behind her. I asked her politely all i need is a piece of tape . She said you need to buy your own tape. She was very rude and have no customer service. She could explain that in a niece way. She said i can tape your label but package will be open. I said “never mind” and walked off. I even saw the poster there it says they are competing with other usps and they need good review. Hahahahaha. I don’t think they will win with rude attitude employees. So sorry.

I have been going to this post office for such a long time for over 40 years. Since I was a baby lived in Garland for years I grew up coming to this location for a very long. I know 2 ladies that worked there I've known one of them for over 20 years since I was in high school. So many memories growing up and going to that Post office. I fond memories going there with my father even today we still go to this post office till this day.

They NEVER update the info to track the package. I've had this problem for years , go somewhere else if you can. The only Garland post office that hasn't given me issues is the one on Broadway and Oates.
