It's amazing how this place is still in business despite all these negative reviews and bad experiences all these people -including myself- had!!! Looks like UPS never heard of quality control! This monster of a manager needs to be stopped and banned from interacting with people.

One star because I can’t give zero. The man that “helped” me talked to me like I’ve never mailed a package before. Told me I printed the wrong thing (which I did - no problem pointing that out) but then proceeded to go get a box to show me what a package label looks like. Ok man - I’ve seen labels before. Then told me I would also need the box the item came in. I don’t have it so I asked if I could buy a box. He told me they don’t sell the size I would need and that when they send stuff to you in boxes they expect you to return it in the box it came in. Just very rude and condescending. Will go out of my way to go to a different location.

Like nearly everyone has stated, this store couldn’t have worse customer service if they tried! The same POS yelled at my wife when she tried to drop off a package and she called him out on it. Must be the franchise owner because he would have been fired anywhere else. Really reflects badly on UPS. When you have so many choices in the Dallas area, why would you do business with this jerk?!

My 83 year old grandfather and his two neighbors went to this ups store to have 2 documents notorized. It was a affidavit of heirship. These documents were to be signed and completed by his neighbors ( third party disinterested persons) who is not related to him and who was with him in person. The forms state this clearly ON TOP OF THE FIRST PAGE.Blake aldredge ( the manager and notary) argued with my grandfather that the person needing to sign and complete it was him and not the 2 other persons there with him. He did tell blake several times, I'm not supposed be signing this, they ( the neighbors and disinterested persons) have to and they both have a seperate copy that they they will need notorized, one for each of them. Very simple. Very clear. Blake took it upon himself to write in my grandfather's name himself on the form and made him sign it under protest. My grandfather called me immediately ( these phone calls are recorded) to tell me he was having issues with this store and having the forms notorized. Blake was literally yelling at an 83 year old man who was talking with me about Blake not understanding he was not to sign these forms in any way. He was not the affiants and he cound not be, the two neighbors with him were. Again, he made my grandfather sign this form. He then notorized it eventhough the wrong person signed it under his pressure and Blake was yelling so loudly at him and the two neighbors that is all that could be heard. We were all telling Blake he was incorrect.Blake's job as a notary is to officially notorize WHO IS SIGNING THE Document. He is in fact not fit to be a notary IMO.My grandfather and the 2 others were , disrespected, be littled, humiliated. Blake would not let anyone speak or correct him. At that point, my grandfather and the two others left in shock at they way things were handles and how they were treated. I then took it upon myself to call the store and ask for Blake. That conversation started off with him answering the phone yelling, ups store can you hold" I then spoke with him and tried to explain to him what that documents exactly was and who was to be the correct affiant was, the two woman and not my grandfather as he proclaimed. He started yelling at me incorrect facts and wouldn't stop yelling.I would highly suggest staying clear of this location at all costs. Blake's suspicious, hostile, angry and off putting behavior is quite concerning. Especially when he was yelling at an 83 year old man and 2 young ladies and myself for no reason. It was unwarranted and unnecessary. I have filed a complaint with headquarters and with the notary license dept.Absolutely appalled.I suspect Blake is under the influence of some sort of drugs. This is my own personal opinion. His actions screams hostility, anger issues, violence and unstableness.

Standing in this store is like a Fear Factor Challenge… its smells horrible ALL OF THE TIME! I mean it’s the same smell but it’s horrible. I frequent this location and initially I was hoping that it was a customer or something but it’s the actual store. Also, there’s typically the same two men that are in the store. An older short guy and a younger man who is tall with blonde hair. The older man is insanely rude and acts as if he is on speed. I understand that the location gets pretty busy but he rushes everyone, doesn’t listen for understanding, and makes the interaction a horrible experience every time. I literally just left and the woman in front of me was hoping not to get called to the register by him

This UPS Store provides really poor service. I don't even want to give them 1 star, but unfortunately, Google's lowest rating is 1 star. The staff is very rude. Although it's only a 4-minute drive from my home, I choose to go to the UPS in Sachse instead. The employees there are much more polite and helpful.

Apparently it's a consensus! This store sucks! Horrible customer service!! If you're in a hurry, AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!!! It should be named Amazon returns!!!! Spent 15 minutes waiting for you morons to enter people's info and pack stuff up with 1 working terminal and was 3rd in line. WHAT ABOUT PEOPLE WHO JUST WANT TO MAIL A DANG PACKAGE!!!!!! THIS IS MORE LIKE AN AMAZON HUB, NOT A UPS STORE!!!!!!!! Is that enough more info for ya????

I have been to this store 5 or more times and yesterday Jan 28th 2024 I experienced one of the worse customer service experiences in my 55 years on earth. So bad I will be contacting corporate. Short version. I took my amazon packages for return and presented a qr code. He said its not packaged but you can BUY boxes. I showed him what it said and no boxing required and I quote, "Just because its written on an email doesnt make it so. We dont answer to you we answer to Amzon." He refused to give any more explanation than that. The real issue is the manager( his boss) is worse. So he has been trained in the art of producing disgruntled customers. Save your sanaty and go elsewhere.

The service my sister and I received today was absolutely insane. The two men working should not be in a public place doing any kind of customer service. The taller younger man seemed totally out of it and he was rude along with his ignorance. The older man was talking aggressive and rude to the lady he was working with. The both seemed high or something. It was an all around bad experience. There were several people in the store and everyone seemed insulted. I will drive the extra distance, if I ever need UPS services again or simply use another business. I would have given a negative 5 stars if I had the choice.

Oh my God, the guy who works there has major issues. Every time I drop an Amazon package I try to organize it and have the codes ready. He just panics and throws a fit. Every time I think of going somewhere else I think he’s close to me, but this is the last time somebody really needs to deal with this and hopefully another UPS store will open close by soon. UPS should actually do something about this.

I'm using UPS service frequently throughout the year .. I am using this store services for a bout a year now since I moved close by and I have noticed that the store is not getting fair reviews. In comparison with other UPS stores I would rate it (above average - good) with a potential to be 5-stars.This store is always busy ... waiting times varies depends on the time of the day and which day of the week, however it is very close to other UPS stores.Bottle necks - I have witnessed - are usually due to irregular customer requests, first timer customers, impatient customers in a rush, non-Hi-Tech customers or slow computer systems.and yet waiting times are still acceptable.About rudeness or the yelling person; the person is not rude and he is not trying to be - not aware about other times that I'm not in the store-. I believe because of the fast pace combined with the pitch of his voice; the way he talks is taking a form of a "Pressured Speech" specially when he is giving directions/instructions to customers which make people think that he is yelling at them. I think with some staff training that could be improved.UPS will remain to be my favorite courier - as long as prices is competitive - LOL :)

I went in feeling relieved about getting an errand completed involving money . I had my first eBay return . If you don’t have a printer to create a return label Don’t GO HERE! Turn around and RUN!! There is an employee that will reduce you to nothing yell and complain and tell you to go make a postal employee do it ‘ ) I was just turned away from the post office ! He made the customers nervous yelling at me ( I’m almost 70) BcuZ I didn’t understand and he got increasingly mad until I was afraid to ask anything !! I had tried 2 places i had to stick it out. I’m still decompressing !The other person seemed nice .. I’ll never know’ . I ordered a fitted sheet and rec’d a flat is what started this .I hope I don’t have to return anything ever thru shipping !

Blake is always shouting. It's not the end of the world, customers don't work for him. He doesn't listen or answer anything
