“We ordered two very large bookcases from a furniture company and they were delivered by XPO. We were given a tracking number by the seller and everything seemed to be kept well up to date. I was called the day before to schedule a delivery time and the driver called me when he was close to make sure we were available.We were told by the seller that XPO would not help with getting the items off the liftgate and inside, so we were prepared to do all the heavy lifting ourselves. However, the driver not only helped unload and bring the items in the house he also thoroughly checked for damage and documented everything with pictures as well as on the ticket. I tried to tip him because he went above and beyond all my expectations, but he wouldn't accept. If we have any more XPO deliveries I hope he's our driver again.”
