Seriously the worst pharmacy I've been to. They opened well past their open time. There's no clear information that the pharmacy and quest diagnostics don't work together for vaccinations. I wasted an hour waiting around for help because no one answers the phones. What an awful experience

Well, that's it. EVERYTIME we try to order or even pick up our medicine and refills, this pharmacy HAS AN AX TO GRIND!Soo many excuses, here are their favorite ones: We don't have a prescription from your doctor; We need more information from your doctor before we will fill this; We are still waiting to hear back from your doctor; Our system indicates a conflict with other medications; and after 4 to 5 days it's: We don't have that in stock it will need to be ordered please try back later.NEVER, AND I MEAN NEVER will I work with these fools again. Heck, I'm not even going to buy my groceries at Tom Thumb any longer.YOU ARE NOT MEDICAL DOCTORS! Stop pretending that you are.GOOD RiDDANCE ! (ahhh, I feel better)

The pharmacy overcharges good Rx every time. They stated it was not their responsibility to give you the prescription cards reduced price. You will save 50% of the price they try to charge you by looking it up yourself. Thieves

I had my prescriptions transferred here due to a bad experience with CVS and I am now regretting my decision. I expressed several times I don’t have transportation and when my medication is available I would like to have them picked up all at once instead of paying for several trips to get one prescription at a time. I called today as I received a message yesterday notifying me that one of my prescriptions was ready, and asked what was the earliest I could get all of them. The pharmacist bluntly stated the 14th and hung up in my face. I am aware I can pick up my medication 2 days early if needed which has been the case until now. I also just had a procedure done and ran out of my meds today so I actually need them. I will be out another 3 days because they feel like it. Very disappointed in the lack of compassion for a patient. I do feel the treatment I received is due to the type of medication I am prescribed, which is not my fault. Sad

Why did this tom thumb hire people who hate their patients to answer the pharmacy’s phone? Condescending, rude, and don’t know what they’re asking for. This is the last time we’re filling our prescription here as it’s already sent. I get that you could be having a bad day but the last 3 times I and my husband called, we were treated with such rudeness every time. You’re meeting people who are at their vulnerable point or caring for a sick loved one, maybe treat them with a little compassion every now and then. You’re making Walmart looks better than ever BTW.

The reviews say it all . I think they need to close this pharmacy and let’s others like the pros do it . Horrible experience and employees and management whose never there what kind of a joke is this pharmacy

Got a vaccine here, nicer than most CVS or Walgreens pharmacies for sure. However, their drive thru pharmacy window is non-functional so you HAVE to come inside and nobody bothered to put it on their website or google maps so I did it for them. Here you go.

Very rude customer service. Juan. I couldn’t figure out the app to get the advertised diet cokes on sale. It’s too complicated and he was very rude!!!!! Don’t advertise a sale price and make me use a stupid app. I’m old. I’m cranky and when they won’t help you it’s just not right!!!! No more!

Customer Unfriendly Attempting to shop for lowest price, I called the pharmacy. They refused to give me a price, telling me that I must bring my prescription into the store in order to get a price quote. Other pharmacies will quote a price over the phone - why not this store? Are their prices so high that they know consumers will not purchase from them? When I questioned why they would not quote a price, the answer was "store policy" Bad way to treat a potential customer.

Very on-and-off with they're supply of medications, as well as timing. You'll be notified its ready to pick up but get there to find out it hasn't been filled and just "give them about 20 minutes". If there was 2.5 stars that's what I'd go with. Also telling someone you're out of a medication when they need their medication and you've had refills for months and the customer explains they need your meds and can't be off them like that, then a miracle happens and they actually DO have it is pretty unethical. Picking and choosing whose prescription you're going to fill is a pretty sad thing to do as medical "professionals ".. they get the job done, but not in the way of customer service but employee convenience. I wish they would read their reviews and try to fix at least a couple of them
