Update to owner's response: This is the correct business. I'm well aware of who I did business with and my bank account reflects your name for payment. You did not treat us honestly and others need to know so they do not get treated the same.Our vehicle was taken in for a minor repair, & every single day we received a phone call about additional repairs needed. $1200 later we were told a piece was broken in it by the mechanic, & they wanted us to pay an additional $300 for the repairs. This is not an honest shop & they will try to rip you off.

I was having suspension issues after a previous mechanic said there was nothing wrong. First Choice Auto was AMAZING! Quick service, amazing customer service, and a variety of payment options really makes them stand out. I will be returning for future mechanical problems!

Mike at first choice Auto is very warm and welcoming when I came into his shop he treated me like we had known each other for years offering me tea and friendly conversation his shop mechanics are very knowledgeable they were able to install my diffuser and customize it to the exact fit and specification my car needed infill not hesitate to visit Mike in the future again!

Every time something comes up, they take care of me. They’re honest, good trustworthy and they don’t charge you an arm and leg cause they cut out the middleman and Who doesn’t love that plus the warranties are better than anyone else I’ve been able to find in DFW if you do not at least give them a try and let them tell you what’s going on you’re just an idiot.
