I had a terrible experience here. The groomer cut my dog over his eye and told me they were in a rush. I was told they have a time limit per dog and that day they had a full house. I wasn’t aware of that and cutting a dogs eye is unacceptable. I asked to speak to the manager and he would not come out to speak with me even though they were the ones that cut my dog. I’ve never had a manager not speak with an upset customer especially when it was his employee that caused the situation.

Definitely not the way to handle a situation when they lost my dog’s flee collar and did not want to take responsibility for it. Take responsibility instead of just taking the money and not taking care of the dog’s belongings.

My issue is that I’ve spent my money here and she came back without her flee collar. Their response was because it’s no proof that she had one from the beginning there is nothing they can do about it. How about the front desk person failed to note the collar and now I have to pay for a new one. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. And they did not care about losing a customer what so ever so. That’s fine. Never again.

LOVE these guys!!! They took the best care of my dog, had very reasonable prices, and had him ready to go in no time! The lobby was filled with so many cute toys and accessories as well

Don't even think about going anywhere else. Rick and his team are phenomenal. I have been taking my fur babies there since 1996 when they were located on Forest Lane. the best!

This was my 8 month old Cavapoo's 3rd haircut. I've taken him to one other place before. The difference in service is astounding. The Dog House does such a great job not only with their services, but with taking care of Goose while he's there. They take them for potty breaks and give each pup a lot of love. I highly recommend this place! He always leaves happy from The Dog House as if he just went to the park, while at the other place he was traumatized.
