Prices are EXTREMELY high. Employees seem to be treated quite disrespectfully by one female manager.

Their prices are absolutely outrageous, ripping off lower income communities in the area, with their greedy prices. Not to mention ALL of their inventory is FREE. This is absolutely the worst thrift store in the area on the basis of price. Charging $14 for a T-SHIRT from 2016 H&M. Whoever the owner is of this location, has absolutely lost their greedy mind’s. Do not give them any of your money.

Thrifting had become a necessity because of the pandemic. A few years later, I'm back on my feet, and now I call thrifting a hobby. This is my favorite place to shop! Finding name brand clothes & shoes or household items that make you happy is ... smart thrifting!!! TIP: 30% off discount on Tuesdays for seniors over 55+ Nice!

Ridiculous prices. This used to be my go-to thrift store, but now that everything is way over priced, I won't be coming back.

If I'm going to pay $40 here for a used jacket,I'd rather shop retail and pay the same prices. You get this stuff for free. Greeeeeeeedy

What I am most annoyed about is that they don't have a fitting room available. I had about 10 pairs of jeans in my cart knowing that I would be good for probably six or seven of them, but I'm sure not going to buy them if I can't try them on. Since I couldn't try on the change, I didn't buy the five dress shirts that fit. Am I being petty, possibly. I just want to know what I'm getting before I leave the store. Sure they have a return policy, but who's going to do that? And it's just freaking inconvenient. Clothing, particularly jeans, need to be tried on because every cut and brand fits differently. It's ridiculous that you can't do that. Most other thrift stores have addressing room available. They should follow their lead.

I recently exchanged items and Jamie and Christine were very helpful and patient. I’ve been coming to this location for years and I always find gems with the tags still on.I notice a lot of negative reviews about prices increasing, which I agree it has gone up but some of them are justified (a real leather jacket will run you $300 and up anywhere else, so if you see it at the thrift store for $60, it very well is justified) and people have to understand that everything has gone up due to inflation. At the end of the day, it’s a business and it has to keep running like any other business. We can all complain about the price of food yet you still have to buy it. The good thing about clothes is, if you don’t want to pay higher prices, you can go somewhere else or shop on holidays when most likely it will 50% off or more.I shop online, in high end stores, and thrift stores (from time to time if I want to add more variety to my closet) and I can spot good quality items just by skimming it, looking at the brand, material, and the shape it’s in! If there’s a hole or torn seams I’m putting that item down. It’s not hard to put the item down and walk away if you feel it’s not worth it.

If i could give them zero stars i would, they really know how to make you feel uncomfortable. Tonight i was just extremely racially profiled today by the employees. They told me to leave my purse at the front! Its already bad enough i was the only African American in there , even worse the only different nationality period.. NEVER AGAIN will i go in there first and last . I didn't purchase anything at all, and all the items was BS Anyways

Customer since 2007, Back then if you came in a Monday anytime of day you could find the sale colored tag all throughout the store. That's what is advertised. Now the staff is required to start pulling whatever color is on sale the next day the day before. So by the time that color is on sale they don't have any to offer on the racks to purchase. Not to mention prices way out of this world for used clothing, some of it smells horrible, especially the shoes. I've noticed 9/10 reviews given by customers have been bad, and yet nothing has changed from the prices to the customer service. If it has its only gotten worse. To the people in charge don't act like you are unable to fulfill a customers request when in reality you're unwilling. The charity that is supposed to be benefiting from this store only receives 10% if that. Greedy. Do better, that's the only way you'll be able to keep customers. Must not be too worried about it, everyone that's complained about being rude or disrespectful to customers are still employed here.
