Honestly I will say this, she is a very good doctor but not as cooperative and understanding as most doctors are. I’ve been bringing my oldest boy to her with autism who is now 10 in which she was very good with him. When I had my 2nd son last year I immediately made her his provider. He suffers from seasonal allergies very bad she will have me keep him home, which cause me to miss work a lot and my job was on the line. When I had to filed paperwork for her to sign so that I could stay home with him freely as she always suggested, SHE REFUSED. Didn’t show any understanding or even tried to sympathize at least. I wouldn’t recommend this Dr at all.

I brought my mom here, I love her to death but she is not the easiest patient. I've noticed in the past some doctors get annoyed or brush off my mom's questions but Doctor Balabar was so patient with her. She explained everything so well to us both and clarified the next steps. I left amazed by her care and attention to my mom. I would 100% recommend this doctor.

Every visit Jackie has treated me well and I have had good results with her treatments. The staff is also very friendly and professional.

Very bad experience with the doctor and the nurse
They do what they want and they don't inform you
For not knowing English they discriminate against you
They ordered me to take tests that they themselves didn't know what they were for! I don't know why they still have their license.
And they excuse themselves by saying that they were doing me a favor!!

When I made the appointment, the person who attended me never said that I had to wear a mask when I arrived, they didn't say anything while I was inside, she told me that we should have a mask and that we had to buy it for $1 each and I was willing to pay. I took out my card and said that They couldn't charge that with a card so it's their business apart from the clinic and the terrible receptionist has a look on her face as if it's her fault that she's not happy, better cancel, I can pay for a consultation, thank God, in another better place and Besides, a clean place is also dirtyLearn to treat customers well, a business without customers is not a business.

First time here. Dr Balarbar is so wonderful. She has great bedside manners. The clinic offers a wide variety of services for all ages. She is the only one you will see so you dont have to retell your life story to new people. She also keeps you very informed with what is wrong. I went in with ear pain. She not only told me what the issue is, but she listened to what I had to say, and then showed me what my ear drums looked like. I 100% recommend her. The office staff was also awesome. The medicine was a great price, and the pharmacist was super nice. You think because the price is so low you will be treated in a rush. This clinic is definitely worth coming to. Found my new pcp! Thank you.

Made a appointment asked if I needed to fill out any paperwork in advance. I came in and the front desk lady was very rude. She was not helpful at all instead seemed bothered. Please don’t waste your time and just look for another clinic

I went to see Jackie..Clinic doesn't not live up to their words.. I suppose to pickup my prescription from Walmart.4 hours later Walmart still hasn't received my prescription. I asked for my Lab results. They charged $55, but their printer jammed. They promise that they would email my results to me.4 hours later I haven't received any email from them. Clinic is in chaos. Very unorganized.

Good people here the nurse who took care about my daughter and l was Becky she was very courteous and polite and of course prices are acceptable. This is my third time here and always a good experience.

I've never been more blindsided in my life. I started going to see Jackie in January 2021 for birth control as I got more comfortable using a Nurse Practitioner, I opened up to getting additional services from her. In July 2021 I went and saw her because of a lump in my breast and Aug 2021 was when I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer. I recently called to see if she would refill my birth control and she blatantly said No that since she wasn't familiar with my treatment I would undergo she wouldn't prescribe anything anymore. I felt robbed and disgusted that she knows I can't afford to get pregnant while going through Chemotherapy and instead of her requesting the treatment to help clarify if my birth control was still suitable or not she just threw me to the wolves. Now I'm left to figure out something else that will only add more days to me not being on birth control. I'm thinking about calling in on her license too, because she clearly abandoned/neglected me for a diagnosis I don't even have control over. I would never recommend a place like this, when you think someone has a heart of gold and does this to you it feels like a stab in the back.

I love Dr Balarbar she is amazing. You can tell she loves her job .. I recommend her her staff is ok even tho they don't speak very good English.. This place is pretty clean as well .. I made her my doctor as well as all my kids n even my bf .. If you are paying cash this is definitely where you want too go the price is pretty fair n I didn't pay as much for the medication as cvs n Walgreens cuz they also have a pharmacy in there the pharmacist is pretty good as well.. I should have made her our doctor a long time ago ..
