I'd like to give you a 1 but I won't because I've always had great customer service until tonight. I have lived in the neighborhood behind the store for 31 years so my family has been customers there for many years. The short guy with the hat on tonight was a total jerk. There is no need to be hateful to people, especially if your job behind the counter is to provide customer service. There is a nice way to explain why you won't sell scratch offs after 6:30pm.

Pulled up at 11:50 to get a car wash. Car wash doesn't take cards which is fine but go to pay inside and guy says their closed. Fine. Go to pump to get gas and buy car wash. Try two pumps and first one says it's ready to go but no gas will come out and second pump just says see associate.
