If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in to get my arms and legs waxed with Sheenu, but she didn't show up and had two other ladies wax me. They kept laughing at my body and making rude comments about it. They also burned me multiple times and even made me bleed in multiple areas. They were very unprofessional, rude, and clearly had no clue what they were doing. They couldn't care less about my safety or wellbeing. On top of this, whenever we went to get a haircut from them, they would always cut it too short and then justify their bad skills by saying my hair will grow back. Do not waste your money or time on this terrible place.

Small but personable place! These ladies are great at what they do and they offer a good variety of hair/threading services at a very reasonable price. They are great with kids! I get such a sense of community when I go there.

I went to this place for close to 10 years to get my eyebrows threaded. I always left happy until yesterday. I have a big event coming up in a few days so I figured I would go to my favorite place to get my eyebrows cleaned up. There was a new employee at the salon that was doing my eyebrows and waxing my upper lip. First, she 'finished' my eyebrows and showed them to me. There were still several hairs left under both of my eyebrows so I politely asked that she fix them. The second time she went in, she took off waayyy more than I asked. The more experienced employee had to come over and help her. My eyebrows are now two completely different shapes, short, and THIN. My eyebrows have never looked this bad. All I could say was "it's too late now". Then, when she was waxing my upper lip, she got too much hot wax on the stick so it dripped all down my neck, onto my clothes, and all around my face. I left the salon sticky and with horrible eyebrows. Safe to say, this was my last time going there ever again. Sheenu is great, but her new employee(s) ruined my experience.

Hair color and hair cut on 2 separate occasions. Both times, prompt friendly service! Color and cut were fine. Salon was very clean. Prices were fair. Will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!!

Exceptional service and very friendly staff would love to come back in a heart beat if i need it once more. The prices are reasonable and fair which made it easily the best decision to come here.

I’ve been to Sheena salon since 2016. When I moved from Garland, I’ve been to multiple hair salons in and around Allen and Frisco for haircut. None of them gave me the perfect haircut that Sheenu gives. So I am back at Sheenus even though it’s like a 45 minute drive for me to get me the perfect haircut. Sheenu knows what she does and is the best at it!Services: Hairstyling
