“Aside from the location being well secured, cleaned, organized and always well lighted up, the staff is amazing. They are flexible to your needs, even if what you want they can’t provide they will point you in the right direction. When you forget to close the garage door, they shoot you a note. When there is an issue with your payment, they contact you not just lock your unit. I drive 20 miles out of my way because the service is that great. Thank you”

“Advertising $19.00 a month changes on false advertisement. Poor lighting such as not supplying bulbs for storage lights is low quality professionalism. Not answering office phones creates problems in conducting fair business. But Auther the Garland manager is a fine man. And was more that helpfull and accomadating. Thank you Au ther and Storage Fit for com ing through with flying colors. The bin was a good price. secure, clean and pest free. Keep up the good work. P.S. Thanks for the lock.”
