I am a Type 2 Diabetic with Neuropathy in my feet (recently had two partial amputations of small toes due to osteomyelitis).Had heard good things about SAS for years went on an exploring mission. Betty's customer service was wonderful. Bought 2 pair of shoes, am wearing a pair, and my feet feel good all under for the first time in a couple of years.Thanks Betty!

Betty was great! There were two other couples when we entered; one couple was purchasing while we browse the selections. They were somewhat indecisive, and Betty was patient and helpful. We had decided on a nice pair and the correct size was in stock.

Very disappointed that back in May 2022, I purchased some black shoes because I was having some issues with my feet and decided to invest in $100 pair of shoes from SAS. I wore them through the summer probably about 12 times and my feet were sweating so bad in the shoes, that I had to purchase insoles and my feet never sweat! They began to stink so bad, that I decided to go back to the store. I can't wear them for this reason. I talked to a woman that was not very friendly to me about the possibility of returning them or at least sending them back to the manufacturer because they don't seem to let your feet breathe, due to the synthetic fabric in the shoe. I bought another pair of bliss, black sandals, and they are fine, I've attached the picture of the woman that wasn't very helpful and that would not do anything for me and was not very sympathetic to my situation. She did print out a receipt for me, but I was very dissatisfied with the customer service and I am not sure if I'll ever return. I hope to get the manufacturer to listen to my experience with these shoes and I also wonder if other people struggle with the same problem?

Yes, the shoes may be expensive, but the quality is unmatched. Handcrafted quality and friendly knowledgeable staff. Their products are built to last. Not like the other brands who's shoes fall apart within 6 months. Well worth the money.

Great store and products. I have worn their shoes for many years and absolutely love them. I don't think I own any other brand. This store is always clean, neat and well organized. Everyone is very helpful. I really like the fact that SAS now regularly introduces new styles and colors. They also run regular sales. They definitely do not have "bargain basement" prices, but they also do NOT make a bargain basement product.
