Betty was great! There were two other couples when we entered; one couple was purchasing while we browse the selections. They were somewhat indecisive, and Betty was patient and helpful. We had decided on a nice pair and the correct size was in stock.

Excellent customer service, five star all the way and personally that makes a big impact on me and don't even wear women's shoes. But she was more than helpful with my grandmother.
