Always busy, parking lot is terrible even the online pickup can be filled with customer's going in to shop.
It doesn't help when employees are parking close to the entrance. I notice this weekend when we arrived before opening at 8 am the parking was full close to the entrance but waiting to enter there were only 8 customers going in.

Yesterday, my son and I stopped by the optical department to pickup the glasses. Bithel who works here helped me to do it. Actually, she didn't do anything. She just worked like a robot, didn't know how to talk. Even she didn't ask, anything or adjust the glasses for both of us.
Very BAD SERVICE!!!!
We never come back here.

I was hoping to avoid having to write this review by speaking to the store manager. I have been trying so hard this past week to get a hold of the store manager for the past 4 days both by phone, and in person and have been unsuccessful. One of their managers was extremely rude to my friend who just wanted a clean area to sit at to enjoy his meal at the cafe. This manager was instead more concerned about her time and that she can’t be everywhere at once because they are short handed. She insisted to my friend that she did not take too long to come talk to him. My friend told her she was being hostile and walked away. She responded back loudly that he was being hostile for walking away. I personally came to speak with this manager and she changed her story saying that as soon as he told her about the mess, it was cleaned up. She also denied calling him hostile for walking away. I wanted to give the store a chance to fix this but yet it’s like they don’t want to fix it. I’m not demanding that anyone get fired. I just want the understanding that my friend did not deserve this kind of treatment and ownership from that manager of her choice of words and behavior. My friend should not have to avoid coming to this store that he once enjoyed and travel all the way to Plano instead.

I’ve visited this club several times, both with and without a basket, and someone has ALWAYS scanned and checked my items. Today, I had one item in my hand and my receipt was out, but no basket. The worker asked to scan my receipt, which I didn’t mind because it's her job. What bothered me was that she didn't scan the baskets of the two families ahead of me and claimed it was because they had baskets. She might have been lying or profiling me because I look different from her. I hate being or feeling racially profiled. Sam’s in Garland, please do better.

So today, I went to Sam's and everything went well until I went to go to the Cafe and it was closed but I understand that it opens at 10 but atleast put a sign and turn off the TVs, because the TVs just make it look like it's open when it's not and on another day I went to the Cafe and the line took 30 minutes and I had to go somewhere at 10 and got there at 11 because the line took too long AND on another day when me and someone else finally finished the 20 MINUTE LINE the ice cream machine broke exactly as we got there so giving two stars is being nice for the experiences I've been through.

Took the cashier 20min just to ring up a patio set, she was trying to ring multiple customers up at the same.time.on one register, the person in front of me was still waiting on hos transaction as well. After I bought the 2400 patio set she told me to go around back to pick up. I went around back, rang the bell, called and finally went back in the store after trying/waiting for 15min... two employees had zero clue where to even pick up items bought, I was trying to make sure I went to the right place for pickup and they said "you have to go find a supervisor to ask". I went to customer service and they couldn't get a hold of receiving.. after waisting an hour of my time already, just to make a simple expensive purchase, I got a refund and left. Normally I would let this go if something like this only happened once... unfortunately the incompetence of the employees at this location is a regular thing. IE wrong deliveries, late deliveries, damaged products, not being able to find theory employees, slow checkout occasionally and employees not knowing how to do their job properly. Guess that's what we get for allowing businesses to become too big to care about their quality and customer care.

Using the scan and go app is absolutely the best way to shop as you can verify the price against the shelf sticker so no surprises at checkout or worse when you get home. And new camera system gets me waved on without the double check

Friendly greeters and clean store! My only issue is with the unmanned floor cleaners and that they stock the shelves while there are customers in the store. Like with the big machines that make noise and they expect customers to move out of the way - this has not been my experience at other big box stores. However, I still appreciate the employees at our local store!

I parked in the designated spot for the pharmacy but the auto shop there apparently didn’t like it. When we finished getting our medication, we made some purchases and left. Almost immediately one of our tires was going flat. Luckily we were close to a tire shop and they were able to patch the tire. I think it was too much of a coincidence that the mechanics there were upset that we parked in the spot we did and the tire going flat.

This Sam's is pretty big very clean. It also has a meat market with fresh cut meat. It's a little pricey but they are great cuts of meat.

Shopping at that establishment is always an excellent and entertaining experience.
