I felt the struggle and staff challenges of this Sam’s location. When I arrived only one vehicle was in the garage and yet 3-4 mechanics were scheduled. Sadly. they were hesitant to replace the battery. The front counter attendant was lack of energy and no sense of urgency. Bear minimum service.
When the battery was replaced, the hood was not properly secured.
All these young mechanics need guidance and adult supervision. I’m a Sam’s member for many decades and I love the products Sam’s provides, services not so. Sams need to up their game in leadership to continue their growth.

Just lost the sale of 4 new tires for a Tacoma 4x4 and will not be using Sam’s in the future. Called ahead of time and showed up 10 minutes later. Customer service subpar and sarcastic. No problem, over and out.
Update: Great customer service at Walmart in Rowlett, and I spent $700 less! Check check!

It has been many years since I have reviewed this Sam's Club but there has been issues over the last few months. The two biggest issues have been expired sales tags and product and not enough shopping carts waiting in the front. Over the last few months I have noticed that the price tags on the shelfs have been missing, wrong and or expired. Back in August I found over 10 expired sales tags. I went to find a supervisor and he and I walked the freezer section and I showed him at least 10 expired tags. He was embarrassed and said he would honor the price. I also have found expired products in the candy/snack/chip section. I again alerted the staff and they took care of it ASAP. The only other complaint I have is they dont prepare for busy times at the club. If I go on a weekend or even on a week day after 4pm there is almost never any shopping cards at the main door. You have to go back to the parking lot and hunt one down. With all of the data and analytics that Walmart's Home Office in Bentonville has on it's customers and the world in general you would think they would know how to plan for busy times.Over all I am very happy with my membership and the value that Sams brings to my life. The staff at the Garland store has always been nice and never rude when I address issues with them.

Great store with awesome merchandise and wonderful prices. I try to get here a couple times a week just to see what new items came in.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by your Tire & Auto manager, Sam Grant, who was empathetic to my situation and provided several options to remedy the issue. As a customer service manager and retention specialist, we all have options and taking care of those in front of you is just a piece of the job. Sam was professional and had a great sense of humor which lessened the blow to what began as a stressful day.Please provide him with the recognition he deserves and thank him for going out of his way for me.

Sams Club has amazing deals on groceries. As well as an amazing food court. I find it entertaining to shop here and highly recommend Sam's to anyone.

I was having issues with my glasses fitting , loose and tight Detel , in another Optometrist in the Optical department was able to assist me with not 1 , but 3 pair to get to fit appropriately The both of them were very Nice , Especially Detel she has great people / Customer service skillsI highly recommend Sam's (Detel) for your optical needs!

First pretzel was great, 8/10, but the second one had raw dough in the middle. Possibly toxic. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD HERE!

HAC/Sams club 4783 - Garland Texas Alan Durbin with Lucid Hearing assisted me with first time hearing aids and I cannot sing his praises enough. Fast, efficient, and professional testing and explanation of results. He was able to provide 24 months no interest with purchasing the aids through Sam's Club. A DELIGHTFUL EXPERIENCE.

Awful experience with pick up order placed a day ahead. Never bothered to call or email about the order not being ready after I waited 45 minutes. It was closing time so they just close without telling customers their orders won’t be ready as scheduled.

Would give zero but I have to give something. went looking for a soda combo pack and couldn't find it so we asked a employee and she also couldn't so she got the manager and he said it was in the back and they can get it up front in ten minutes if we wait. So we did for an hour and twenty minutes. Then they finally got them for us. Would not recommend for literally anyone, avoid this Sam's at all cost, go to a different one at least.

Don't shop at this store. Employees are rude and not friendly. I ordered a cake for my kid's birthday. I handed the order to the male employee working in the bakery. I come a few days later to get my cake and they don't have it. They can't find the order. They are not apologetic. The girl that decorates the cakes with the bull nose ring and winter hat could care less. She cared more about the fact that she didn't take the order so it's not her fault than she cared about my kid not having a cake on their birthday. Horrible!

Recently I dropped in to grab a few things and found everything I needed. I had scanned the wrong coffee maker and then my phone died which I had already scanned and paid for my order. Andre one of the supervisors helped me reprint my receipt and get the correct coffee maker and generally saved the day. Y'all should check this store out.

A while back, I was having issues with my tire (purchased at Sam’s) for days. I called the tire shop and asked if I could swing by to have it looked at. That weekend my kids had many soccer games they needed to attend so I wanted to make sure my car is good to go. Normally customers need an appointment but I was able to get in and was out in about an hour. I had a great experience and everyone was friendly!
