I typically go for the delicious salted pretzels, and it usually isn’t too busy. This time I saw the long line and wasn’t too intimidated because it usually goes by fast. I wasn’t aware that they had ran out of the pretzels up until the forty minutes of waiting that i reached the front. It is just disappointing because despite the workers trying their best to settle the rush. All it adds up to is a short-staffed and lack of communication to their guests. I will keep on going but this time it wasn’t too pleasant. Especially after this storm.

It has been many years since I have reviewed this Sam's Club but there has been issues over the last few months. The two biggest issues have been expired sales tags and product and not enough shopping carts waiting in the front. Over the last few months I have noticed that the price tags on the shelfs have been missing, wrong and or expired. Back in August I found over 10 expired sales tags. I went to find a supervisor and he and I walked the freezer section and I showed him at least 10 expired tags. He was embarrassed and said he would honor the price. I also have found expired products in the candy/snack/chip section. I again alerted the staff and they took care of it ASAP. The only other complaint I have is they dont prepare for busy times at the club. If I go on a weekend or even on a week day after 4pm there is almost never any shopping cards at the main door. You have to go back to the parking lot and hunt one down. With all of the data and analytics that Walmart's Home Office in Bentonville has on it's customers and the world in general you would think they would know how to plan for busy times. Over all I am very happy with my membership and the value that Sams brings to my life. The staff at the Garland store has always been nice and never rude when I address issues with them.

Sams Club has amazing deals on groceries. As well as an amazing food court. I find it entertaining to shop here and highly recommend Sam's to anyone.

If I could give them a "zero stars", I would. Do not bother trying to get a delivery order from the Sam's Club in Garland, TX. I should have learned the first time they failed to bother to deliver my order and just cancelled it with no notification or permission. I guess that is how they deal with unhappy customers ... just cancel them ... too much "woke" philosophy for me!!! I placed an order on July 28, 2023, split into two parts ... part for delivery to my home (2 miles from Sam's) on July 29, 2023 between noon and 2pm, and part for shipping. At 7pm on July 29th, I called Sam's and asked where my order was. They told me "the delivery guy didn't show up ... sorry ... and offered to resched for Sunday, July 30th, between noon and 2pm. Since I had ordered perishables, I had to be home to get the order and put it away. So, here it is, Monday afternoon, July 31st, at 2pm and still no delivery, I spent 15 minutes calling Sam's with no answers and two immediate hang ups without them saying a word. When I finally had someone bother to answer their phone, they told me that it was the fault of their delivery company and I would need to contact them. I advised Sam's that my "contract" was with them and THEY were responsible for the delivery. So they supposedly referred it to the store manager who was supposed to call me with information. I got on their chat bot and was told they had no number for corporate complaints ... I could just send them a letter by snail mail. So I researched and found corporate complaints number, called them, and told them what I had experienced. They looked into it and said I did not need to worry ... my order had been CANCELLED without my knowledge or permission. So here I am ... three days after I placed a simple order, starting all over again for more than half of my original order! The corporate complaint person could not get anyone at the club to answer their phones to find out why it was cancelled. So, IF YOU ARE SMART, DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM SAM'S CLUB!!!! If you are smarter than that, DO NOT BOTHER TO SHOP AT SAM'S ... they no longer care at all about their "members". They USED to be a great company ... now, IMO, they have slipped to WAY BELOW average.

They need more people working on the pickups. No reason for one guy to be doing all the work. Makes the wait time 25 minutes.. super unprofessional and Sam's should be ashamed of this! Look at target and how fast and effective they are.

I really love their pretzels, pizzas, and hot dogs, so yummy! However, I think the service and cleanliness could use some improvement. The tables and cutlery stations are always unclean, and they always seem short staffed in the kitchen.It’s also a total rip-off that they won’t sell you the whole pizza in the display if it is available but they will do so if you pay for the whole thing by the slice for an additional charge… Like what?! Also, you’re already scamming me out of a few dollars, could you at least communicate it with less of an attitude when you break the news cause dang lol I’m still gonna get it.

I was having issues with my glasses fitting , loose and tight Detel , in another Optometrist in the Optical department was able to assist me with not 1 , but 3 pair to get to fit appropriately The both of them were very Nice , Especially Detel she has great people / Customer service skillsI highly recommend Sam's (Detel) for your optical needs!

First pretzel was great, 8/10, but the second one had raw dough in the middle. Possibly toxic. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR FOOD HERE!

30 days of total hell. Purchased 7 lines / new phones. I was never even able to use them as my phone #'s were unable to be transferred to my new AT&T account. After 2 weeks+ of dealing with Sydnee at the Sams / AT&T kiosk including nearly 100 text messages and being told to purchase a 3rd party Ultra mobile service plan for each of my 7 lines to port my original phone #'s into my new plan with no success I attempted resolution through AT&T Corprate. Over 40 hours spent on the phone with AT&T customer service, AT&T activation department, and AT&T escalation department and 5 trips to the store. The store level does not work with the Corprate support levels. All departments push you back and forth between one another with no resolutions only contradictions of each other. I was finally able to schedule a call with the escalation department and the store management. AT&T Store manager missed the meeting and instead employee Hayat Muhammad met me in the AT&T store and Immediately begin to argue with me. I explained that I was stuck in between with what the store was telling me to do and what the escalation department that they had referred me to was telling me to do. When escalation called for the meeting Hayat refused to provide his name to the corporate escalation team, and raised his hands in the air, and stated that he was refusing to assist, and that myself and the escalation team could contact his manager. Upon refusing to provide his name to myself or to AT&T's escalations team member, who was appalled by Hayat's conduct, I took a picture of him so I was able to identify him to management to file a complaint. Hayat then told me that photos in the AT&T establishment were a violation of their policy and kicked me out of the store, threatening me with police involvement, if I did not leave. No follow up from the management team. No compensation offered through Customer Service, the store level, their affiliates, or through their Escalation team. End result, after 30 days I turned my seven lines back in to Sams / AT&T and stayed with my original providers as all department of Sams/ AT&T We're unable to work together and resolve a customers issue that they stated upfront would not be a problem. The lack of support, department communication, and store level communication is beyond ridiculous. Save yourself from being tortured in hell!

Awful experience with pick up order placed a day ahead. Never bothered to call or email about the order not being ready after I waited 45 minutes. It was closing time so they just close without telling customers their orders won’t be ready as scheduled.

Would give zero but I have to give something. went looking for a soda combo pack and couldn't find it so we asked a employee and she also couldn't so she got the manager and he said it was in the back and they can get it up front in ten minutes if we wait. So we did for an hour and twenty minutes. Then they finally got them for us. Would not recommend for literally anyone, avoid this Sam's at all cost, go to a different one at least.

Don't shop at this store. Employees are rude and not friendly.I ordered a cake for my kid's birthday. I handed the order to themale employee working in the bakery. I come a few days later to get my cakeand they don't have it. They can't find the order. They are not apologetic. The girl that decorates the cakes with the bull nose ring and winter hat could care less. She cared more about the fact that she didn't take the order so it's not her fault than she cared about my kid not having a cake on their birthday. Horrible!
