The sales guys were not knowledgeable. They did not know any answers to the questions I asked. They did not show me how to use any of features or how to set up anything Sales manager hung up on my wife when she asked a question. Calvin lied and said they cover the tires for three years included in the price. (It’s an add for a fee..of course. I have never received a follow up call. All the other dealers I’ve purchased vehicles through have always followed up after the sell. The finance guy was the only one who seem professional, seem to know what he was doing. the managers have really dropped the ball sending people out to help people. who have absolutely no clue what they’re doing. They need to be trained. I had to go home and watch YouTube videos to figure out a lot of the options /features that were on the vehicle, because nothing was ever explain to me, how to use them. I could go on but I’m done.

From the moment I pulled up to the time I was leaving, the customer service was excellent. The service team went above and beyond to get my repair covered by warranty and it was a huge blessing to me and my family.

Bought my 2017 GLI here. Great experience. They call me this week and they want to buy it back. everything was great until Andy walked up and rudely interrupted the guy I was speaking with. I was told that I would leave happy smiling ear to ear with a check more than my car was worth, and I left with just my time wasted and never wanting to come back to Rusty Wallis again. Was interested in buying the Arteon. Not from this dealership though. Rusty for sure.

I love the people there… they’re the reason I keep going back! Lol :) Robert H. is the best!!! Super friendly and very accommodating! I needed to make some business calls and he let me use one of the offices in there for privacy… I mean who would do that!?! My car came out spotless and running smoothly. ☺️

My service advisor Robert at Rusty Wallis VW in Garland was outstanding. I appreciate his knowledge and professionalism. I went in for a warning light after I had worked several long night shifts at a very busy hospital. He made sure it was expedited and had it diagnosed, part replaced and even had it washed in under 2 hours. I will be asking for him from now on.

Robert made me feel super comfortable during my initial consultation. The next day after dropping it off i was skeptical that my issue had been so quickly diagnosed. l had already come out of pocket $1500, several trips, and multiple weeks stranded at home for repairs that had not fixed my problem between two other shops that just could figure out what was wrong. One shop had quoted $2600 dollar between two repairs (that I didn’t do) that **might fix my issue. Although VW Rusty Wallis wa pricier that what I wanted, it was well worth it for the expertise and warranty.For two and a half months I drove my car with increasing anxiety, to the point i would feel physically ill. Each time I got my car from those shops i still felt this almost crippling fear I would be stranded on the road and each time, I would be. I dropped my car off Tuesday evening (directly from another shop who couldn’t figure it out), Rust Wallis had it diagnosed Wednesday afternoon, repair happened Thursday and was ready for pick up that evening. Friday I picked my car up and to say I was ecstatic driving home would be an understatement. All issues fixed and lights cleared from dashboard. It may not seem like a big deal to some, but being able to crank my music up, roll the windows down, and not "wait for the other shoe to drop" was a massive weight lifted off my shoulders.Instead of fearing for my safety and constantly monitoring my car for the inevitable breakdown, I finally was able to enjoy driving, for the first time in months. (I drive very often and far distances so my car breaking down as it had been was devastating)Robert and the mechanics put me back on the road, with a renewed love for sitting in the driver seat.I will sing their praises for the rest of the time my car lives and they have my patronage for any future repairs
