This shop defrauded me. They re-used damage parts when new parts were paid for, they failed to perform all agreed upon work, and they fraudulently attempted to collect a deductible amount when that amount was waived by them.

Took my truck to Roy’s Paint and Body and it was in pretty sad. shape. Got it back today and it doesn’t even look like the same truck. Beautiful paint job, all body lines are great. Truly a showroom paint job.My truck is a 95 f250 and I would not hesitate to enter it into a car show and I feel certain it would place and I have done allot of car shows with another vehicle.Thank you to Roy and his team!!!!!!Services: Painting

I was unfortunately involved in a hit and run which resulted in me needing a new bumper and grill for my car. Shopped around a bit but most prices were around the same, but I chose Roy and his shop due to a recommendation from a friend plus the fact that they were quick with the quote when I stopped in and Roy himself is very hands on with what's happening, which made me feel more comfortable about the situation. The only reason for a lack of star was due to the communication as I had to follow up with them multiple times to bring the car in to actually be fixed, and initially they were just trying to "get me in where I could fit" time wise and I didn't appreciate that because it required me to leave my car all day. So I felt there should've been that understanding from the get go and not back and forth about it. That was a bit of an annoyance initially but once I got it in, they did a good job and my car looks great. I'd definitely recommend them and go back if I ever had any collision needs again. Thanks Roy and team!

Roy's did some collision repair for me a while ago. Excellent work. So when I needed some bumper work of course I took it to Roy's. Got my bumper put back in shape and at a very reasonable cost. Thank you Roy for some more outstanding work.

Roy and his team were great. They communicated throughout the entire process. Color match on the vehicle was spot on and they came back to us with options for us to choose from during the repair process. There was also an issue with the battery while they had it. They let us know and helped get a warranty swap out. The work was great, Roy and team really went above and beyond in all aspects of the process and work done. After being involved in an accident in which I was not at fault. Roy's Paint & Body was a highly recommended shop for my car repair. I was not disappointed at all. Roy and his beautiful daughters took very good care of not only my car but also communication with the insurance company. I got a paint job 2 years ago, and apparently they can’t find the paper work stating that. They ran it through my insurance so you would figure it’ll be COVERED under warranty. Olivia was the girl I spoke to like 3 times, seems like she doesn’t want to go through the paper work and find out. No I don’t have the paper. I would figure they’d be more organized and keep up with their records in the computer!!!
