Management doesn't care one bit about customer service or increasing sales. Just concerning that teaching this instead of taking care if the people that pay you. Less sales means less work hours for employees, which in turn leads to people quitting and you having to hire basically anyone that walks in the door, which is very apparent with the current staff.

Male african american with dreads is rude and he talks about the customers with his co workers when they walk away. I don't understand why people with zero customer sercice skills get hired to work with customers.
I went straight to the Rockwall Ross and they did what this employee ACTED like he couldn't do.
Thank you Rockwall Ross for choosing the right kind of employees that know what they are doing.
