I contacted the sales guy about a refrigerator that he had in stock so he gave me the address and I told him that I was on my way to pick it up. When I got there, the salesperson told me that he sold it few minutes ago. Not sure if it was a trick to get me to come to the store and buy something else or a rela bad customer service. He should at least contacted me if that was the case and not waste my time driving to Garland.

Right appliance is the right place to go to get refurbished washers dryers refrigerators and possibly more ...that place is huge and packed. They do repairs, they do deliveries, they do nice. Hardworking people who go by that old adage to treat everybody special. They have gone out of their way to help me and everything I have purchased from them still works better than the brand new stuff I had to begin with.

Bad experience. I called to ask if they fix microwave. Lady picked up the phone said they don’t sell microwave sorry bye bye and hung up. Not a good way to treat a customer. Very rude. Remove the information that is on the website and listen to your customers before hanging up.
