I opened an account in late 2011 and which is a non interest bearing current account with $1,500. I also have other accounts. One month back I went back to close that my $1,500 account. Now they say $1,000 have disappeared from that. And I have never done any transaction of that account. They can't provide me any proof the money was taken out by me. And they're not able to resolve and have I been working for close to one month. I have made several visit to the bank without any resolution. My suspicion about this bank because I relayed on the bank and let them keep my money for 12 years and theydid benefited with this money and now not ready to give my money back to me.

Went to open up a business account and the first lady in the glass office made me feel really small because I didn’t know some of the terminology she was using. I believe she was the branch manager. She shouldn’t work there if she doesn’t like her job.

I have been with the bank for 30 days and they CLOSED my account without my Acknowledgement. I transferred My savings, My direct deposit, and the rest of the money from my prior account onto the Regions account. I have been without access to my money for 7 days now and they are telling me that I cannot get my money out and that I have to wait for them to send me a check with my remainings. I cannot Pay my bills or take care of my family because of this issue and they don't care about that AT ALL!

This bank lied to me regarding a cash promotion for $400. Completed all details per terms, however they still refused to pay the promo money when the time came stating that I didn't input a code #; Explained that they're customer service has record that I did per a call to them, however they declined. This is a horrible bank, and they won't last in Dallas when clients find out how they operate. Constant software problems, which is a huge red flag at an organization where you keep money! Don't even waste your time with this bank.

First transaction and there an issue I deposited a $1,500 check Friday so it would be available asap to pay rent this month im a trucker time is of the essence now the has a hold til the 6/8 I'm going to be on road this is a major in convenience I think I'm goin to be changing banks soon I should've took to the truck stop but I tried to use my personal bank and I've been a customer 2020 just disappointed now I stand the chance of getting evicted

Hmmm, wonder why rating is so low…I have a business account and come through the Drive Thur only… I have always received great service.Much much better than the Northwest Highway and Tollway location in Dallas, I must say !

I don't like this bank. They wanted me to bring over my business accounts and stay with them for 6 months before they could offer me any of their business credit or lines of credit products. I closed out my personal accounts and they charged me a fee. Be aware they will charge you a fee if you close your account before 180 days.

I was not going to write a review, but after being cold-called today for a mortgage I was adamant I did not want, a full month after beginning the equity process of generally strung along by this regions branch and their phantom 'underwriting team', and finding my credit was run additional (needless) times without consent, I thought a warning to others was in order.TL;DR: I should have checked the reviews before I wasted nearly a month with seemingly endless forms, documentation, phone calls and meetings for a HELOC of a mere 1/5 my available equity.The process was too much back and forth- way more than when we actually bought our home- only for their contracted appraiser make three major errors of fact (how do you miss a 2-car garage attached at the street?) and their teams to send completely conflicting information at various stages because their departments or teams do not communicate effectively to their clients or one another. I never got a straight answer to simple questions, and they were often unsure of basic finance jargon on paperwork. Their systems are indeed primitive, anything emailed must be done several times and information literally highlighted. In the end, after driven to peak frustration by the above, additional sales calls trying to cajole me into other accounts and wasting an entire ink cartridge and ream of paper for their documents, I went elsewhere and got a better deal. I was approved within 2 minutes, completely electronically by another banking company for a better home improvement loan, rate, and terms: 1.5% less APR, $3000 more and not a fee in sight aside for the interest. Unsecured at that.I give 2 stars because I feel quite bad for several people there who did try to be helpful, but the infrastructure, corporate leadership and organizational strategy is just so wrong and is stuck in time to about twenty years ago. It's a real pity when one tries to keep traditional brick and mortar with human interaction alive in business and banking and one finds out the hard way why it's dying. And, the hardest part of the experience is admitting my husband was right and should just loan shop online.And, PS to whomever watches over your google reviews: do not comment for me to call to resolve the matter unless you're ready to compensate me for my time and money wasted.

I have had many problems there today went in they told me they closed my account with out my permission and I will get get my money someday in the mail. They also took my card and cut it up right in front of me

The best bank ever I came here n I need 9000$ I explain to the guy I really need he understood and gave it to me .. unlike the previous bank I went at 4020 Preston rd they racially profiled me cause I was a young black with 40k in my account..

The Worst! The drive thru line always takes forever They take their sweet time. The Indian lady is the slowest ever. We have a busy day, you all go way too slow! Not friendly and no one wants to wait an average of 12 minutes every deposit.

I have a credit card with Regions Bank, but that doesn't give local branches the right to spam call customers who live locally. This office has called me three times in the last few days and only left one voicemail out of all three times. The person that called did not seem to call for anything specific, and just said in the voicemail "it is our responsibility to communicate with our customers." Okay...thanks for wasting my time.I called Regions Bank Customer Service and confirmed that this branch was not calling for anything specific, just to solicit business. I requested to be put on the Do Not Call list.

Why can’t I spend my own money? It’s always problems from this place. This is the most inconvenient bank I have witnessed and I’m ashamed to be a part of it. Can’t wait to wake up and close my account !

Takes forever to get something notarized and the lady only had one customer and they were laughing and talking bout non bank stuff the majority of the time for fifteen minutes. Had to leave
