If I could give negative stars I would. We set up an appointment and were running 45 mins behind because of traffic, simply let them know we were running behind and would be there shortly. Arrive at 5:50 PM and it was like a ghost town. Everyone was inside drinking coffee looking out the windows occasionally and then we park and they all disappear we walked the lot for about 15-20 mins and no one came out to assist or even attempt to help. We got back into our vehicle and started to pull out when 3 salesman ran out and jumped in their cars and left the lot. It took us over 2.5 hours to get there and the customer service was awful! Business hours say they closed at 9 however I guess it was 9 o’clock somewhere. To top it all off the 2 salesmen that proceeded to look at us like a deer in headlights as we were leaving really put the icing on the cake! Very classy of the salesmen! We will not be back and will definitely be spreading the word!

We found the vehicle online and called to check availability. Carson let us know it was good to go and asked when we would like to come see it.When we arrived the Bronco was waiting for us to test drive. It took a couple signatures with Carson and we were off to finance.This is where we met with Davis. He explained warranty options and again, a few signatures and we were on our way.Overall great experience.

Planet Ford is the best place to purchase a vehicle. Joshua, Hannah & Arturo will get you the best deal possible. We purchase 2 vehicles in 24 hours because of how honest they were. The did not let us leave unhappy. Thank you guys!

The folks at Randall Reeds were exceptional in taking care of one of our trucks. Rick was our service director and got our oil changed, batteries replaced, recalls done and gave us some advice on our brakes. Our cashier's Liz and Graciela were awesome and funny. The icing on the cake was when Pamela came out personally to shake our hand and us if we were taken care of. This kind of service for us is top notch. Pamela please take the time to thank your team for helping Adaptive Stainless get back on the road. Thank you so much guys!

I can't say enough good things about purchasing from Randall Reed's Ford. Ian has been our sales guy for the past 8 or so years. He is always wonderful, always responsive, and gets the deal done. My husband once purchased me an explorer, that he thought I would love, two months later I was dying to get rid of it. The GM Justin and Ian worked together to get me back into an Expedition, without carrying over thousands of dollars of charges. My advice- get you a "car guy", and while I am not sure about the other salesmen at Randall Reed's Ford- I can say without a doubt that Ian is the best! He will do everything in his power to make you happy! Unlike other car salesmen, his job never ends at "making the deal". He has always been available for extra questions or concerns even long after our purchases. The GM (Justin) works hard to keep his customers happy. Finally- Finance... Everyone's least favorite stop. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the finance team. They take their time to make sure you know exactly what you are purchasing, make the best recommendations for your lifestyle (i.e. a mom driver who might hit a few curbs along the way lol). Unlike other dealerships- they do NOT try to sell you things that you do not need, just to make an extra buck! We have purchased 8 or more vehicles here and will never buy elsewhere. Go see Ian at Randall Reed's Ford, you won't be sorry!

I bought an 2018 Alfa Romeo Giulia and after the test drive I said "Does it have 2 key fobs" sales men said yes! I guess I should 2 "working" key fobs! They actually didn't give me the second key fob till I was leaving the dealership. I found out 2 days later when setting up my second key set that it does not work. Went to a lock smith and they said this key was never programed to the car. Then I brought it back to the dealership the managers wouldn't even have a conversation with me and the salesman Jayden said we would take care of the key then proceeded not too.Edit: I was contacted by the general manager who was very nice. She said they would like to take care of the key fob and the managers had approved it but the salesman was saying he would take of then proceed not too and was the cause of the problem. The salesman never contacted me at all.I would come here for a Ford but stay away from a Salesman named Jayden he was absolutely terrible and the cause of all the headaches.

Planet Ford 635 was very good to me for the entire process of buying my new Bronco. I had ordered my Bronco a year ago, and have been waiting for a build date that seemed to never come. When Terrance received a bronco that was similar to my order, he contacted me and did not increase the price to something ridiculously high like all the other car dealerships. This is true customer service, and shows the integrity of the dealership just as Ford Company claims in their ads. I wouldn’t show for a Ford anywhere else if I were you. Courtney and Terrance H. are the employees that worked with me throughout the process, and both are amazing, and caring individuals. Wish nothing but the best for them both. Thanks guys! P.S. I love my Bronco!

My wife and I were talking care of in a timely manner by Mr. Jaden. Then by Mrs Susan and the rest of the crew. With mr. Diego finishing We the sales, will be purchasing a new vehicle there in the near future again and Mr Davis help us in the Financial.department. With the upmost experience. Thanks even if my wife got stunned by a bee and her arm got swollen and hurt like it was on fire that place should be rename to bee's Ford.

I have ordered Multiple vehicles from Planet 635 ***********************. The Last 2 years I have dealt with only Two Sale persons ******* and ******** who have bent over backward on every vehicle I have bought and ensured no Pressure no add ons ect. What I Agreed to online was exactly the price I got. Not Bad at all I had hear nightmare about the finance folk form others. They seem to place the tax rate High when paying for the trucks. Keep a eye on it or it may slip by. Then they will put ******e the final cash out. Still trying to find out what that is and why **** allows it. But The sales went OK so far. Just keep you guard up dealing with the Finance folk. They are seem to be way to aggressive with the add on and will talk down to you. The Five stars is only for the Online Sales staff only. ******* and ******** and they are the only two sales people worth talking to. Shop Online dont do a walk in.

Simon was awesome, he was patient with me. I kind of new going in what I wanted, he listened, we tried a couple of different vehicles and then I left with the initial vehicle I saw online! So far so good! I love it! Arturo made finance easy! The amount of time I was there was because of me, they were efficient and courteous.

I had a great experience with Mr. Greg Lusk. He was very patient and understanding with me and my daughter. Also, he explained everything in detail about my new Ford Escape. I love my new car because it's very good on gas mileage and runs really smooth on the road. I'm so grateful to GOD for my Blessing. GOD did it?

First Ford i have owned, first dealership in Texas i have bought from, and this will be the only place i will ever buy from. From the first person i met with Terrance to Greg (the legend), honestly, the man has awards everywhere for being the legend he is. just every person involved financing, the girls.showing all the Ford app stuff to setting up our phones. To the point they handed me the keys by far the best car buying experience ever. Made it feel like they honestly wanted my business and wanted me to come back and buy again.I can say my credit was bad, just moved, new job, anything, and everything, and they made it work, and they were happy to do it. Yeah, i know. Yeah, they made a sale, but they way they didn't make all the difference. They make you feel appreciated, that they value your business, and they understand you can go anywhere and spend your money so they make it thier business to be the best and make you feel like they appreciate you coming in and doing business with them. They got a customer for life by doing things the right way and being the best at doing it.If you are a vet, sign the wall. They appreciate our sacrifices and what we did, and they let you know they appreciate it. If you're not, go see them seenthe wall of the awards these guys have earned by being the best and doing it right.
