This amazing staff member saw that I worked at Whitewater express car wash Arapaho and gave me free roller food and we give QT workers free car washes. Today I went and I had to pay. It used to be free for free. QT staff all needs to be on the same page. You are giving free coffee and roller food or you aren’t. Don’t appreciate this mis communication between the staff.

Me & my husband have been coming to location a few times. I enjoy the sweet passion fruit tea & release tried the ice creamI just had the worst customer service experienceFirst I was having to wait for their ice cream to get more solid frozen . Np . But when gave to me it still wasn’t properly frozen. It fall right off the cone & was on my hoodie. Wasn’t very happy.The person who made it, saw the incident. Not once did he offer to make another cone for me . Exspecially when he already knew it having to get frozen again in there machine .That is very very very poor customer serviceMy husband had to deal it & finally managed to get me another cone.I probably might not ever return to this location again!!! Or least for another 6 months.

Sweet tea quality at ALL QTs has plummeted for some reason. Are you all even from the South?? I haven't seen good.. dark.. sweet tea at Quiktrip in at least a decade. The tea in the sweet pot today was UNsweet, and the other one was almost empty and clear.Whoever worked the grill today prepared a gourmet quality melt for me. So that's why I'm giving 4 stars and not 3. Please improve on sweet tea for all locations QT corporate ?

Walked in there today all the workers were huddled and having non-work related conversations (not a problem I've worked retail I understand when the flow is business permits sometimes we choose to bs) my problem is when I walked up to the register to get gas everyone looked at me and no one came to serve me. One guy pointed at me for his coworker to check me out and when that guy finally came to the register I was looking down at the counter or something and as I look up again the guy's just standing at the register hands in pockets like "either she sees me or she doesn't" I look up and ask "oh is that the register?" He goes "yeah" I'm pissed because I'm just standing for nothing lol so I just ask for $25 on 3 & a cigarillo. I'd left my ID in the car so when he asked if I had it I said "no" he just kinda shrugged, shook his head and threw it down like "dumb girl". I pay for the gas and leave to get my ID. As I'm walking towards the door I hear the cashier FULLY GREET the person in line behind me!!! All I got was a STANCE. BS. I come back with my ID for the cigarillo and the same huddle was happening as before and the same cashier came to check me out still no greeting - I requested a different cashier immediately he goes "why?" I said "because I don't like your attitude" he just walks off like a pissed off teenager. He was a racist and he didn't wanna be at work. I'm a black woman, the person in line behind me (so worthy of a greeting from Mr. Cashier) was white and so was the cashier. I'm hurt, I feel humiliated, I feel outcasted. QT I'm disappointed in this location. QT is like the fricking Chic-fil-A of gas stations/convenience stores when it comes to customer service so idk who but someone needs to do an audit on the employees at this location. Choose better workers. Choose better people. The lady who helped me in place of the racist was very nice. But she was also the manager.

I am a big fan of their slushes and their blue raspberry one was out but so was almost all of their fountain machine which was a little disappointing. Seemed clean enough to me. I had no interactions with the staff and saw no pan handlers or anyone loitering

Difference between Race Trac and Some QTs ??Don’t ever use Apple Pay at the pump. I pumped $44 in gas it took out $150 as a deposit, this was on a Saturday morning, 4 hrs later I called the corporate office and was told I would not be getting the rest of the deposit returned back in my account until Monday. This holding my money, to collect interest. Not cool?

** Hate to say, the chines girl that works has big hate discrimination problems.I literally in their everyday maybe twice… She always look ? s at me if like I’m stealing.. when I buy tobacco, she says I need to see your I.D I told ,Listen how many times u need see my ID . Then she start saying do you want it or not… (very unprofessional) Behavior she need to work somewhere else,. She calls her self “head manager “ SMH ?♂️… No manners , the family never thought her I see naw why ??? Thank you AllGod bless American ??
