I ran out of gas in my vehicle at 1:00 in the morning Right at the intersection opposite of QT on The 7-Eleven side on Shiloh. needless to say I will never go to 7-Eleven again after the way she treated me when I asked for help. I'm disabled and am suffering with money issues right now and the employee Blake that was working tonight asked if I could afford it so then I asked him how much and when he told me $ I knew I couldn't & I didn't have enough. this wonderful young man does something with the computer / register and handed it to me and I said I don't have any money Blake and he said don't worry about it I just paid for it myself out of my own money. then when I had to buy gas all I had was a $10 bill and I paid for 1 gallon because that's what the gas can he bought for me from the stores inventory allowed which was three something dollars I tried to give him the rest of the change and he wouldn't even take that. then when I came back to purchase more gas once I got my car started from the intersection I tried to bring him back the gas can and he wouldn't accept it he said he already had one that I should just keep it. That was the most beautiful and kind thing someone has done for me in a long time. and I hope the manager sees this because I'm a widow and I have no family and it's all me by myself and I haven't had any human let alone younger generation treat me so kindly and without pity. you have a wonderful employee and he deserves a raise / promotion/recognition or something for his morality that is rare and should be highly celebrated and regarded. Dirty, disgusting!!!?? women handicap bathroom! Dirty paper on top of the seat, the toilet was not flushed! Now at days workers don't check the bathrooms as they should. This a public place, a store, people come in all the time to buy things, get gas. Your service is below expectations. Attendant asked what was wrong with it. He should go and see it and clean it immediately!! Don't come and use the bathroom here. You better off peeing on the street!!

QuikTrip is by far one of the best convenience stores out there! It never ceases to amaze me how consistently quick, convenient, and friendly their service is. Every time I stop in, I walk out completely satisfied and uplifted by my experience.The location of QuikTrip stores is always convenient for me, and the layout of the store is clean and organized. I find everything I need quickly, and never have to wander around searching for products. The checkout process is always speedy which is perfect for my busy lifestyle.What separates QuikTrip from other convenience stores is their exceptional customer service. The staff is incredibly warm, welcoming, and always eager to help. They go above and beyond to ensure I have a positive experience, and never hesitate to answer any questions I have.One of the other things I love about QuikTrip is their legendary made-to-order food selection. Their food is always fresh, tasty, and cooked to perfection. It's easy to see why they're known for their amazing food and why it's in high demand.Overall, I would highly recommend QuikTrip to anyone looking for unbeatable service and convenience. Ever since this QT got new management this place has gotten way better. I've been a customer at this one for years and have always loved it. I feel like it went downhill but had picked back up. The staff is super nice and very helpful. My food is always correct and fresh from the kitchen. Its always busy but I never have an issue finding a parking spot. The gas prices are always fair too.

I'm a big fan of their slushes but most of the machines were down when I went in, and a few were also down when I came in a few weeks ago. Fountain machine also had some stuff out. Customer service seemed pretty decent, and one of the attendants asked if she could help me.

Used to love their roller grill chili dogs. The gave changed vendors for the chili or something because the quality of the chili was terrible. Lucky for me, the plain hotdogs are excellent. The honest truth is that I have not tried any of the other roller grill items so I can't speak for them, nor for the Deli counter.

Please fix your air machine. I went there today. Starting with a PSI of 28 in my tire. Applied the hose and after a couple of minutes it was down to a PSI of 15! This is unacceptable. I had to go across the street to 7-11 and spend $8 in order to air up all four tires. I’m lucky my tire didn’t pop!
