I got in late after a long day traveling. It was in right on my way home and to my surprise Miss Lise at the front desk was amazing. I was tired and she went above and beyond to get me taken care of. Travel every week for work and I absolutely would recommend this place beds are extremely comfortable.

Great people. Let's do better on cleaning. Overpriced when I was there for the eclipse. Pool might me open. A couple upgrades like a screen to make my ice bucket not fall thru the ice maker. No bugs.

I am injured and travel to Garland twice a month for my doctor appointments and have a awful experience with other lodging facilities and I must say that the customer service I received from Barbara was unprecedented! She went out of her way to take care of my situation with the utmost professionalism and kindness! Lifetime customer I wish I could give her 10 stars ?!!

Had roaches and the ladies at the counter talked about race the whole time. While checking in. She stated she don’t see color and yet telling us about all the races in her family. Lady you do see color! Typical we just wanted a room after we booked and had a long trip to get there. Just keep it professional we don’t look at race just wanted a room. Yes we’re black we didn’t ask if she was racist nor was it even brought up.

We visited my Fiance son, for his Birthday. I booked the room, and what the room actually looks like are totally different. First of all I didn't have any idea that we would be on the second floor without a elevator. I did not like the fact that we had to go up & down stairs. Definitely didn't like the fact that we couldn't change rooms. My Fiance is a Vetran, and have mobility issues. The lady at the front desk called the Manager, and still our issues were not resolved. Also the Free Breakfast was always put up when I came to retrieve my breakfast. I didn't think that this Hotel would be so inconvenient. So it will always be a No for me at this Hotel, more like a motel.

Location great. Been here awhile now due to having to sell the house after wife passed. Very accommodating. Lisa and Mendoza have gone above and beyond. I have had a couple run ins here and there about some miscommunication, but overall it's been handled with courtesy and in an adult manner. Only thing I'd like to see for people that stay long term is a pet fee that's one time rather than having to add 10 dollars a day for months and months. It's not the price that bothers me. it's just the repetitiveness. Price is average and room has not had any issue. Out if 5 starts I'll give it a 4. No one's perfect

Just to save your money, I booked a hotel here for three nights. After taking a shower on the first night, I used their bath towel, which made me itchy all over. I asked to change rooms that night, and they refused us on the excuse that there were no vacancies. At the same time, a guest came and asked if there were any available rooms. The front desk clerk replied that there were hairs on the bed and the pillows had a peculiar smell. I left the hotel that night and they refused to refund us! This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed inRooms: Dirty, old equipment, smelly

We spent two weeks here and the place was great! The first weekend we were there unfortunately a drunk driver took out the electrical power! This person cut the power pole in half with his car and was not a easy or quick fix. Nothing was working and the electricity was out for most of day. Tony was great and kept us informed. The hotel was not responsible for the damaged caused by drunk driver. But several guest were upset there was no breakfast no electricity equals no breakfast.The hotel is easy access off the highway near to several restaurants. The maids were great and the hotel is clean and comfy! We enjoyed our stay and Tony and the rest of the staff our wonderful!

My room was horrible ceiling stripping by the smoke detector. Sheets crushed like someone was sleeping in the bed. Mold in the ceiling. Toilet would not flush on my last day of leaving. Room was cold, could not get the thermostat past 70 degreesAdd insult to injury when I was leaving the person from the front desk went and checked my room before I checked outI was totally insulted. I am not a thiefWouldn't recommend this hotel.
