On my first visit, the lady was incredibly sweet and helpful. However, the person who assisted me the next day seemed upset, and I was disappointed by the high price of the shirts at six dollars each. Additionally, all the clothes had a strong laundry odor, reminiscent of a cheap hotel's bedsheets.

Been using them for over a year. They are fairly competent. Prices are average. Make sure you drop off at least $10 worth of work if you plan to use a debit or credit card. Turn around time is reasonable. Alterations seem a little high.

I've been using these services for about 8 yrs. I've noticed prices keep going up and up. Today I picked up my clothes and discovered hidden fees they have started to include without any notice what so ever. 4% charge to pay with my credit card!! In the past, it $20.00 or less was cash, but my amount was closer to $30.00. They do ok on my cleaning, but these hidden fees are not ok with me. Everything eventually cones to an end, and today this ends for me. Tell your customers what you are doing upfront!!! This is robbery what you are doing.

I don't recommend this dry cleaner to anyone. Please be aware to not bring your expensive dry cleaning garments to this place. I left my husbands expensive Hickey Freemen suit here to get cleaned before a business trip. He picked up the dry cleaning packed and flew out. When he took the suit out to get dressed for his event, the inside lining of the suit was so damaged by the way they pressed it, that he couldn't wear the suit without it bubbling. He unfortunately had to figure out away to make it work. So disappointed with the quality and disregard of customers property. They could of called us or notified us when we picked it up. Such bad customer service.

Totally positive experience with unsurpassed customer service!!!Rare in this e-commerce age to have real customer service. Excellent customer service here. Makes all the difference in the world.
