Derrick is outstanding - he installed a Unavi Android Auto/Carplay system in my 2014 Mercedes S550, and it works flawlessly. He is very experienced with all different makes/models of vehicles. Highly recommend him.

Derrick was AWESOME! Very informative, hands on and exhibited the Due Diligence you look for when it comes to customer service.
