Before today, I would have given them a 4-5 star rating. I have been using them for 5-6 years with very little issues and exchanging my oxygen tanks in my Prius, but the "District Manager of 3 Years" was there today. I was informed that he would exchange the tanks, but he wouldn't ALLOW me to leave there with them unless I came back in a truck. "I don'town a truck". "IT'S POLICY!" I asked him multiple times. When did this change? All he would say is, "IT'S POLICY!"
They lost my business. At least AIRGAS has a form you can sign releasing them from any responsibility. It's like Linde Welding DOESN'T WANT your business.

Service was really good. The place I normally go ti get CO2 is out of it right now and said there is a shortage of it. Linde was able to provide me with two canisters that I need to complete a job I have coming up. I would certainly recommend this place.

This PLACE IS A RIPOFF !! Avoid it as MUCH AS YOU CAN…..They CHARGED ME over $215.00 for 3 CO2 that normally cost $25.00 each… DUE TO SHORTAGE THEY ARE OVERCHARGING on it…. On TOP OF THIS 2 of the tanks had a leak & almost caused a HUGE ACCIDENT ON MY SHOP….. they didn’t want it to replace it….

If I could give this company 0 stars I would.... Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We canceled our account with them months ago and they have been charging us MONTHLY for tanks we no longer have (for the last 6 months). I have made several calls about this and I keep getting the run around saying "We will have our cylinder dept take a look at it and we will call you back". Never get a call back. And they nickel-and-dime you for everything. Never recommending them to anyone. Dishonest, greedy and rude.
