Bought this red quince which I love a few years ago. It's the first thing to bloom in early spring. It's doing really well. Hoping to return to buy another soon.

Very rude customer service. Tried to browse the trees near the entrance but the employee stood right next to us and not in a helpful way. My girlfriend asked the guy if we could browse around and literally was told we don't have any other trees cause its too hot. I saw in their website and from people posts online tons of plants and trees. Drove all the way from Denton and was excited about the place cause I collect Bonsais and other trees. 5 minutes and we were out. We will never go back. Horrible nursery.

Owner was not welcoming and not helpful when asking questions about some of the trees. I’m asking him what type of tree it was(many are not labeled) and he told me it was already sold in a aggressive and annoyed manner. Some Asian customers came in any he immediately rushed to them to assist. Owners wife stalked us but didn’t say anything to us from the moment we stepped on the property. Based on my previous experiences with other Asian owned nurseries in Houston ( who have more variety, better pricing and were friendly) this place left a bad taste in my mouth. On top of that their plants were extremely overpriced. Headed to Bishop Arts area and found affordable plants and better customer service.

If I could give a negative I would. I went here in hopes to find some nice indoor plants and instead was followed around in a plant store that had mostly dead plants. I was barely there only maybe like 15-20 minutes before I quickly left. It was too eerie and creepy there. They had only one worker and he wouldn’t leave me alone to look at the plants and I don’t know if it’s a racial thing or just something he does to everyone, but I was super uncomfortable regardless. Really disappointed.

I picked up some plants my mom wanted and the pricing is great for nice, great sized healthy plants. It's not seedlings like other places, but well established plants. Love them and the plants have already tripled/quadrupled in size in a matter of a few weeks. Great pricing. Great plants. Nice people there. Happy customer who will be returning again. :3

There aren't many places in Dallas where you can get good bonsai/pre-bonsai stock - this is one of them! They have some really gorgeous, large bougainvilleas.I see a lot of families going here, it seems like mostly vietnamese customers and employees. My complaint is that I was rushed out of the place. The guy followed me around and would not let me browse alone. He continued to ask me if I found what I wanted, but not in a helpful kind of way. There were over a dozen young Pomegranate trees in the greenhouse, and I asked how much they were, and he said they were all sold. It could have been true. While I'm sure many people have good experiences here, I felt like I was unwelcome and being asked to leave, which is unfortunate. I would return here for the product, but I was just treated very poorly.

Steer clear of this one. Not sure what the deal is but I was immediately uncomfortable and an employee followed me around the entire time I was there. He was not welcoming, and I was only allowed to look in two out of several greenhouses, and was chastised when I even turned my body towards the others. He was still following me as I left and asking if I had found anything - knowing I had only looked in two greenhouses where nearly all of the plants looked mostly dead. Sounds dramatic but I was just very relieved to get in my car and leave.

Good selection of popular and Asian plants. Most offerings seemed healthy and we were able to get all questions answered about the plants we were interested in. Ended up choosing with a guava plant (over longan and lychee) since we'll be putting it in a container to grow further north. Didn't have mango trees in stock on this visit.
