These people killed my aunts neighbors dog!! They operated on him and wasnt even necessary. Paid over 1000. Then told the owner her dog had cancer and needed kemo. She paid another 2000 for that. The next day they called her with the news that he died. They offered to cremate free of charge (guilty conscious). Didn't receive the "ashes" until a week In a half later (was suppose to be a 2-3 day wait). When looked inside... they had put rocks inside the ern. So DISRESPECTFUL!!STAFF IS RUDE !!! These people misdiagnoses, and tell u anything to CHARGE U MORE MONEY!

The responses by the owner are rediculous and unprofessional. Making excuses for your rude staff. Being rude to those reviewing their experience as opposed to simply evaluating the feedback professionally and appreciating the chance to elevate their business based on the all the feedback. Absolutely insane and will not be visiting their business

We just boarded our two dogs here for a week. This place is amazing. Feels really good to leave them with people we trust. We will definitely be back.*Updated* we were charged an extra $80 after the fact and were told the prices of boarding increase. Seems really sketchy to charge us more once we had already agreed on the price.And no are being told the have temporarily stopped boarding.Very disappointed.

Prices ??Customer service ??EVERYONE I interacted with was great, helpful with my new kitty ? ! The veterinarian was so nice and took care of Kitty's respiratory issue with one visit ! I can't say enough about the staff!I have and will continue to recommend this location every chance I get??

My classmates were recommending me here! I was super excited about this but not anymore, after hearing and seeing the pictures from all of their experience I don't think they should even be open it's not sanitary. Many pictures of animal parts in different place, rude and disrespectful words were told to my classmates and lies! I've only been here once to get my dog neutered. I had an off putting and sketchy feeling it was right!! My classmates that were there and currently are working there have made OSHA reports and were FIRED a week later
