Does a horrible job pressing sweater's, when you go in to talk about it they say the manager is not there, and she never calls you back to talk about it. I don't recommend them at all.

First of all, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE , I brought a very expensive dress with a stain that no other cleaners where able to work on, Perry’s Cleaner did!!!! Always on time and good prices. Very happy with there services!!

Walked in person in front of me's shirt got ripped I come back to pick up my shirt I find a rip in myShirt and 3 broken buttons . Way over priced and trash quality if I could rate a 0 I would.

Perry's lost my comforter. Just in the nick of time for the cold season. How convenient! My husband and I have lived down the street from Perry's Cleaners since 2017. Every year we take our huge comforter for cleaning. We dropped ours off on 11/10/21 and it's nowhere to be found. Maria put me on the spot asking how much it was, I told her $60, but I don't know how much it was worth since my husband bought it when we moved into our house, which I found out was $120. If the comforter was found, they weren't going to charge us for the cleaning. Their excuse was that the tag fell off and it got lost or given to another customer. As of Tuesday, Nov 23rd, my husband talked to them again, and they gave him a $60 check. I'm upset because I'm freezing, I don't feel we were given fair options for replacement. All I know is that I'm never going back there again.

So I took an expensive raglan in (shirt). My daughter had gotten hair paint on it from Halloween hugging me. The shirt was a cream color. I told the lady several times to be super careful cause the material is thin and will get holes easily. I got it back and there were 3 holes and none of the paint came out (understandable) so I went on to tell her she made holes and I had warned her that would happen and to take note beforehand. She continued to say over and over that they were there when I brought it in. I said I went over it with you thoroughly and she continued to argue with me. I asked for a refund (she did). I got home and machine washed it and every single bit of the hair paint came out. So it was good as gold aside from the now holes. They are rough with your items and won’t take responsibility for their mess ups. Will not be returning. I actually wanted her to pay for my item she ruined. She refused. If I could give negative 10 stars I would. CJ

Perry's is my go to place for getting my clothes cleaned.As someone who needs to be customer facing, it is critical part of my work persona.I like that they do all work, laundering & ironing, on site. In the past, I have seen dry cleaners who are just collection spots for some unknown place.Staff is friendly. They have been in the same location for a long time. Their work is high quality. These are all critical to earn and keep my business.

Nice local cleaners next to Tom Thumb. Decent prices and quick. Never had a problem with them. One very nice feature is the drive up drop off and pick up window which makes it convenient without having to get out of your car. You cannot see ut from the street because it is located behind the Whataburger.

Incompetence with staff! Dropped off two XL pillows to wash was “told” someone would call next day if they couldn’t be done. No voicemail so I assumed there was no issue. I tried to pick up the pillows today and they did not wash my pillows because I needed to sign a waiver of damage in case they do damage them. Also someone did call me last week about this. Hmmm that’s funny no voicemail. What is wrong with this generation! Leave a voicemail!! That’s why there is such a thing. If I knew that I wouldn’t have wasted a week and would have taken the pillows elsewhere.
